Went for bottomless brunch for my birthday yesterday, we specifically requested gluten free pizza and they said they have noted it down. However getting there the waiter didn’t know about it, had to speak to the manager and they said they had no gluten free base and they couldn’t go and get one even though it should have been sorted prior to getting there but they said that the note must have gotten lost. Took over 30 minutes for our first drink to come then a worker took our next drink order and didn’t come back with them was serving everyone else then came back to retake the order as she had clearly forgotten what was ordered. The food didn’t come until the very end of the brunch however we ordered it as soon as we got there. The manager said he would give my friend loaded chips with extra halloumi and we all got given our food and she didn’t receive hers until we complained again and it came with bacon on it not halloumi. We was given free wristbands to apologise however we noticed all the people in the courtyard got the same treatment yet our experience was awful so didn’t feel like it was much of an apology when everyone got the same. The RNB event inside was good couldn’t have faulted that! And just wanna give a massive shout out to the worker kye (hope that’s the right spelling) because as soon as we said what had happened he made sure we got given drinks and they came fast and got shots and apologised which we felt a valued customer after this point. First time doing bottomless brunch at piper and honestly feel they need more staff to make it work better and important thing like gluten free options should be made priority as if pizza was the only option she wouldn’t of been able to eat and she paid the same price as everyone else. Chips were also cold and some of the pizzas were rock hard and wasn’t able to eat it.

I am really disappointed from piper the old woman with lots of tattoos she lie to me to buy ticket online or there is lots of people in cue who is going inside without online tickets i told her i will pay on counter like last time i pay she said no she said once i told you buy online so i am not going say yes now she’s very rude or she’s raciest i went to piper 4 5 times but this time she behave like this because i am not british i am foreigner she should check my ID my pockets i am not drinking not smoking weed its my last time i am not going to piper anymore or never recommend to anyone go there if they are foreigner.

Went on Monday where it was all Christmassy & had fake snow sprayed on everyone. Was decent music, the bar staff were really nice and friendly, and 2 of the bouncers were really helpful and really good at their job - Tom and Aidan. I can’t speak highly of them enough! Would recommend.

Went on 23/09/23 and the guy at the entrance tried charging me 20£ pp for the entry, so i asked him that’s not what it says on your website and he just nervously laughed and said it’s fine just go in ?

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Don’t waste your money in this awful place. Absolutely disgusting, the female bouncer with tattoos came in to the women’s toilets as me and my friend were taking pictures together and accused us of throwing something at someone. We denied it as we hadn’t done anything and had proof that we were just taking pictures and the bouncer then left, then came back minutes later and asked my friend to leave out, saying we did it anyway, even though they had no proof we did and we had proof we didn’t. Just to top it all off the bouncer outside was then extremely rude to us. We are disgusted by this as we were enjoying our night and they ruined it because they just wanted to blame somebody for doing something we didn’t even do. Stay away from this place as at all costs, if you wanna have a good night, go somewhere else.

Absolutely shocking. Was enjoying a night with my friend when I went to the toilets. I went to the toilet and came out and started taking selfies. The female bouncer came in and asked me if I’d thrown a cup of ice over someone. I told her no and that I’d been taking selfies and showed her my drink that was on the sinks. She left and then came back 2 minutes later and asked me to go with her. I went and asked if I was okay to take my drink outside, she responded saying that it didn’t matter because I was leaving. I again said that I didn’t do it and she didn’t care or even listen. She went in to get my friend and was also rude to her. Would never recommend this place. The treatment we got was disgusting and I can’t believe how rude they were. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Will never get mine or my friends business again. Unfortunate because we’d been saying all night what a lovely place it was.

Visited there for the first time and the big lady bouncer covered in tattoos and her side kick were condescending and aggressive to me while trying to tell me to stay behind a friend, knowing fully well we came together in the same taxi as she kept eyeballing us from a distance. I guess she was trying to proof how tough she was to her other colleagues.The bouncer lady can do with some more training on politeness and not be judgemental also learn to hide her anger and hate. I wouldn’t accept disrespect simply because I’m trying to get into Piper. Nah!

Advertised on Facebook as the place to be on a Monday along with offering cheap drinks offers however when you actually go there it's £5 on the door to get in to then have a handful of people inside with no atmosphere... Their Facebook advertised £3 doubles, VKs £1.50 and shots £1 before 12.. I thought this was appealing however actually ordering 3 double spiced rum and cokes for me and my friends set me back a tasty price of £24.30 and this was before 12... Way over priced for a Monday to which used to be a great night in previous years as it used to be the place to be on a Monday as it was a student night with reasonable prices.
