The Real China is located on the first floor of St. Stephens Shopping centre in Hull city centre which has plenty of cheap parking. Access by stairs or a lift. Staff were very welcoming, well presented and polite.The venue is a cosy place that was clean. The food was exceptional although there was one of the chicken selections that was a bit tougher to get through. Pricing was very fair as shown in the attached image. Not as many choices as some other all you can eat Chinese restaurants. If your still hungry, leave your plate on your assigned table and get a fresh clean plate to load up again. By the time you get back your previous place will of been taken away. There was a small choice of deserts, which were very nice.Sitting at the next table to another customer, I told by them the night time choice has more to choose from. As you will notice from the image the night time sitting costs a little more.Well worth the visit and money9/10 rating from me

The food is nice but I always eat the same thing so I haven't tried some of the dishes. I feel that it is reasonable prices for lunch at around £22 including a refillable drink. They should have more puddings on in the afternoon my little girl thinks as they only have cake and ice-cream. They have a lot more options to offer on an evening but cost more. The staff clear your used plates quickly so they are not piling up. The booths are nice to sit in, but I feel the other seating is a little too close to other people also dining here. It all most feels that you are all sitting together. You can't have a private conversation as you can hear what the other table is saying, haha.

One my friend recommended this place hence went.Terrible food, rotten watermelon, closing everything as if I did not pay for it ( they told me I have one hour time as I arrived at 8 pm but they started removing the dishes at 8.30 pm, poor customer service, poor taste of food, poor options to eat.I am never going back there again. There is wings restaurant nearby and definitely I will stick there if I need buffet.

Am disgusted my 14 year old daughter turned up here today with her three friends but unfortunately my daughterwas was has allergies so can’t eat it but obviously wanted to sit with her friends. The owner allowed three girls to pay for their food and then told my daughter as she was not eating. She had to go and sit outside on her own until they had finished their meal as she was not allowed to stay in the restaurant because she was not eating, then told her to leave. My daughter rang me clearly upset. I’ve been left in the middle of town by herself. I hope that the owner does not have children himself because unfortunately in this day and age and Our City. There is a lot. Of not very nice people hanging around the town centre so for him to make my daughter be vulnerable in a city centre on her own I think is appalling it is not her fault she can’t eat his food I think his manner was totally unacceptable to a child my husband and I was in town and went to see him and was told it’s company policy if your not eating you can’t come In he apologised to my daughter but her day with her friends had been spoilt shame on you , no professionalism , no compassion to a child , totally disgusting ? I am glad all humans are not so heartless as what world would we live In

Nice place, friendly staff although the only reason I didn't give it 5 starts was the choices of food were reasonably broad, however a few more choices would have been great. The other reason was the chilled deserts hadn't been properly defrosted and we're quite hard inside. Wasn't the end of the world, but perhaps wouldn't rush back again in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: Although on the occasion I went I didn't have a wheelchair user with me, I could imagine it not really being much of a problem for a wheelchair user to come to this restaurant.
Chicken not cooked properly does not take a genius to work out if pink In the middle it’s not cooked onion rings taste like they have been defrosted and not even cooked properly waiters not very friendly asked for a glass of water you would of fort I just killed one of her family members wouldn’t recommend until they sort there selfs out.

Loved every minute. I enjoy the variety of food on a night visit to a day and they allow reservations. The food is constantly topped up and warm, soft drinks are re-fillable and the staff are very pleasent.

I've visited restaurant with my family as my birthday treat and was very disappointed. When I went to the toilets to change my 10 old son I couldn't find any changing facilities. When I've asked member of staff where is changing room she told me to go and do it in a toilet. I'm disgusted by that. Where should I do it??? On the bloody floor. Toilets are disgusting and smelly any way. I'm very, very disappointed. Won't go back.
