WORST EXPERIENCE DINING OUT EVER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I ordered food for a family of 3 in my order placed was the baconator fries, I was shocked as they looked nothing like they are advertised and little cheese and a drip of cheese sauce. I kindly asked a worker behind the counter if I could have some cheese sauce or extra cheese and was rudely and abruptly told it is against the rules to give extra sauce or cheese and that’s how they come. I asked if I could have a refund if I cannot have what I ordered again I was rudely told they are not allowed to issue refunds I have got what I ordered and that’s how it comes. I was belittled in front of other customers for kindly asking a question. I would never return and think a little staff training on customer service is required. The staff member I was talking too just wanted a argument I have never left a review good or bad in my 42 years in life but I feel the need to as the customer service was absolutely shocking

Drive thru get every order perfect, food nice, chips definitely better than any other fast food place. Access to car park is a pain, needs to be a lot wider.

Delicious burgers a lot better than McDonalds and reasonably priced.

The burgers was full of grease and mayo. Pickles don't belong on chicken burgers. The fizzy drinks are watered down you can see the water mixed in with the drink you choose.. want be coming again......
