Extremely. disappointed.We have been ordering from this place for around 8 years. The food is tasty however i've been left furious after our experience with a delivery driver tonight.The driver refused to get in the lift and knock on the door. Instead he rang my mum and demanded she come down to the reception and get it. She is an amputee and we ordered for DELIVERY. After arguing he said he left it on the desk and hung up.I went downstairs to check and there was no food there. We rang the restaurant and the same snotty foreign man picked up and started shouting at my mum not letting her speak at all. He then said he left the food on the floor OUTSIDE where anyone walking past could have just picked it up and stolen it. Then proceeded to curse at her on the phone and we told him we aren't ordering ever again after that. The food was freezing and honestly considering reporting this restaurant if i'm being honest. This is NOT how you treat a supporting customer of 8+ years who's also severely disabled. disgusting.
