“Set in the Buddhist centre, this is a tranquil place to sit and wonder?
Give peace and chance.”

“Visited with family and friends. Just turned up on a Saturday and had to wait 10 minutes. Two nice ladies serving who gave us a good window seat. Quick and friendly service. Tasty food and cakes. Clean toilets upstairs. Parking can be sometimes hard un Pocklington, but otherwise a great find. ”

“We had an overnight stay at the bed and breakfast a couple of weeks ago . Followed by a cooked breakfast which was preordered in advance. The room was outstandingly clean, spacious and lots of room. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast again was outstanding. Both the ladies we dealt with there were really friendly, welcoming and understanding on what was a difficult time for us suddenly losing our dog the previous week. I would definitely recommend and we will certainly be returning very soon. Thankyou again”

“I have rated this cafe 5 stars as the decaf Swiss water coffee from York emporium is the best one I have ever tasted. It’s a must try.”
