If you are looking for the best tasting coffee around, you must pay the Castle Cafe in Withernsea a visit. The food is great too! There’s a sheltered seating area around the back for alfresco dining and a water station for your four legged friends. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed ?

We visited these guys twice whilst staying in Withernsea: we bopped into their outside seating area for a drink & cake with our dogs when we first arrived & returned for breakfast a couple of days later. We chose them as they are dog-friendly & they offer a veggie breakfast - they also publicise ex-services charities & Andy's Man Club - well done guys. The staff were all fab & the food was good too - definitely a top spot to visit.

Promenade front café. Varied menu. Large breakfast delicious.Parking: 2mtr height barrier. No street parking near,(double yellow lines) but fairly large free parking to the rear, very handy.Café is opposite the Withernsea castle folly.Street parking further along the promenade.Fairly quiet at my visit; early March.

Had a late small English breakfast. Had to send mine back as it had tomatoes and I can't eat them due to dietary issues. Cook/chef was absolutely lovely and apologised profusely. IT WAS AMAZING! Great value for money and all staff friendly, efficient. Paul- they need a rise: whatever you're paying isn't enough! Lol. Thank you so much

Really friendly staff, bright warm atmosphere, and the food is excellent, I had the steak pie chips and peas, the pie was full of very lean tender pieces of steak, real chips! Not some knock off frozen chips, and the gravy was so full of flavour, I will definitely be going there againWheelchair accessibility: Whilst I was there a customer came in on a small mobility scooter, so plenty of access into the cafe
Its nice enough, does what it says, its a cafeOutside seating looks like could be good in summer, just prices are touch higher than I would expect from a

Couldn't have been more helpful to us if they tried. We got stuck in the car park next door and they staff in the cafe rang round to help us. Absolutely fantastic.

It was my first time there. I went with some friends. We are from different countries and we were visiting. We liked the 'backyard' atmosphere. So cosy and nice, even though the weather was typical English (raining and cloudy). They have vegan options, which for me is a win!!! And the service and workers are amazing. I would totally recommend that you take a break :)Vegetarian options: Vegan options
