Seasiders Fish & Chips

Can't go to the seaside without having fish and chips. My wife wanted to eat in as it was a little cool out. What a lovely little place. Served by a lovely lady who shared some fun banter with us. Meal was spot on as well. Thank you. Just wish I could remember the ladies name but hopefully she will see this. Would definitely visit again if we are ever down that way again.

The Rosy Leaf

Great staff, food was excellent, Withernsea is fortunate to have a small independent cafe home baking nice food. Try the hot chocolate, you won't be disappointed.

The Alma

The Alma is a nice traditional street corner community pub. There is a wide choice of beers lager and cider on offer, including three cask conditioned hand pulled real ales. The real ale was excellent when we called in. There is a stage for live music, a nice conservatory, and a large outside seating area. Dog friendly.Vegetarian options: No longer serves foodParking: Free on street parking can be difficult to find in high season and on bank holidays.Kid-friendliness: Children are allowed in the conservatory and the garden.Wheelchair accessibility: The pub is flat all on one level flat entrance and easy wheelchair access.

Bengal Lancer

Went in mid-morning on a whim as we liked the quirky premise of a coffee shop with an Indian twist. The coffee itself was excellent and the food (chapli plate and shami plate) was delicious and a lovely change from the usual seaside fayre of fish and chips. The service was very pleasant and polite. Sadly we were only passing through as I wouldn't hesitate to visit here again.

Castle Cafe Withernsea

If you are looking for the best tasting coffee around, you must pay the Castle Cafe in Withernsea a visit. The food is great too! There’s a sheltered seating area around the back for alfresco dining and a water station for your four legged friends. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed ?

The Golden Haddock

There is a good choice of chippies in Withernsea, so I asked a lady in The Spread Eagle pub for recommendations & these guys were mentioned, so we visited them to buy dinner one evening.Great welcome, a basic menu & simple pricing and as they were quiet our fish was cooked to order.

The Hunter's chicken was so very delish! Tender and juicy with a flame broiled flavor. Loved it! The bartender is very nice and prompt. Will be returning :)

Southcliff Fisheries

Went for lunch as was working in Withernsea for the day. Went on the reviews and this shop came up as highest in the area.I am so glad we went, this place reminds me of being a kid and going to chippy with my Grandma, old school and amazing fish and chips. The chap behind the counter was lovely and really knows his stuff. The fish is without a doubt the best I've had in a longtime and accompanied with chips and mushy peas which were delicious. This shop is off the track, but 100% would recommend and we will definitely be back.

Always good bargains can always get what you want good store polite staff and good prices...even if you dont have much money can always guarantee quality food n cheap!!

Prego

Ordered & paid for pizza through their website & collected it in person.They have an absolutely massive choice of pizza, so we all found something we fancied - we also received some complimentary garlic bread, as we spent over £22.00, but you must request it as its not automatically added to your order.The staff were pleasant & the pizza was really hot & tasty.I'll definitely be ordering from these guys again the next time I'm in Withernsea.

Butterfly Inn Public House

What a great pub,and staff,warm welcome,loads screens for sport,both BT AND SKY,loads of choice on beers,highly reccomend you give this pub a visit,trouble is,you won't want to leave. ???

Alexandra Hotel

Lifeboat Fish & Chips

Simply put, the best take away food in town. Fish and Chips are excellent. Saying that, the batter sometimes isn't as crunchy, probably from rushing - I don't know, but the taste is always the same. I have been there several times and I was never disappointed. We've been a few times there with my family as we all like it there, and have tried several other things. All are really nice, particularly the kebab. It's better than some kebab places I have had from.

We tried Alfeenos while on holiday after locals recommended it. The pizza was very good, the chicken curry was excellent, fries had thar lovely red salt on them. Good portions (I had eaten some chips before this photo below) and cheap. Hong Kong

The staff are very friendly and polite, food was very good with little complaint, chicken balls were enormous. Did not need to wait very long before it was served, reasonable prices too.

Marios takeaway

Went with kids the other day and ate inside. The chap behind the counter was very polite and friendly. And gave brilliant customer service. The food was very enjoyable. And kids enjoyed their chicken. Prices are very reasonable especially in this day and age with cost of living.Well done to all who run this establishment.

Best Chopsticks

Just had a set meal for 3 would have been enough for 5 easily brilliant stater large portions arrived in 30 minutes pipping hot friendly delivery man one of the best Chinese we have had I would have given it 11 out of 10 highly recommend ???

Great place for a takeaway! Always deliver on time and don't keep you waiting long when you go in and order. Foods never been a problem either always tastes great!

Chinese First

Came here when we stayed at Withernsea Sands. Another holiday home owner from another park said this is a great one. We tried sweet and spur Hong Kong style with chips and rice it was great. When staying at Withernsea Sands Park will come here again.
