“Such a wonderful lovely pub, incredibly accommodating, they had a burst waterpipe in the area and we had booked in for food, so there wasn't anything on offer due to the water main, but allowed us to order in because we had walked so far to get there! Really lovely selection of drinks. Lovely environment too, thank you!”

“I popped in for a pint a little while ago and then took a punt on the food last night. The old pub garden is well kept and pretty with the inside being just as nice.
What a little gem. The staff were really friendly. The food was the best pub food I have had in a long time. I had the steak and ale pie which was home made and soooo good. Kids food and portion were great too.
No worries to be had about portion size. Im stll full this morning.
Nice pint to go with it too.
The price was very fair.
Our new favourite I think.
We will be back soon.”

The food is actually restaurant quality
My wife had the mackrel which was wonderful, and I had the bean burger which was the best bean burger I've ever had.
The kids menu is good.
There are loads of gluten-free options.
Everything is reasonably priced.
The beers are great including 5 gluten free beers on tap.
They have a solid wine list which includes some pale dry rose which you don't get many places.
Also their beer garden is amazing. Really nice layout with a great view and it gets the sun all day.
I highly highly recommend this place!”
