Friendly helpful staff. They kindly brought the lattes over. I think they saw my white stick. Thank you.

Came in here for a tea and to use the toilet (not in that order). Louis and Elisabeth gave great service and are a credit to Costa.

It’s a Costa. They serve Costa coffee and Costa cakes. You knows what you knows!

Was served by a young boy will and girl elizabeth who made my drink, both staff were lovely and made an effort to have a chat with me while i waited for my drink , i definitely received service with a smile and will be returning thank you will and elizabeth !

where i do start. ordered our drinks and the barista elizabeth was on her phone. asumes that her other colleague was going to do the job for her, so she decided to use some atrocious language in front of school students. the drink took 10 minutes to make as she went round the back and shouted at her colleague for not doing her job for her. 1/10 service

Being an older type Costa. Probably was a bank before it became a cafe. Coffee was good but a little disappointed there was no toast

Standard Cost a with the usual range of coffee.. Free Wifi. Located in a former bank, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Located on the main street.

Popped in to have lunch with my daughter. We are both vegan and never usually have any problems with finding something vegan to select. So disappointed, there were no vegan food options at all. No vegan toastie, No vegan cakes. We ordered 2 drinks to take away and went over the road to get a meal deal from co op. Very Disappointed and we won't be returning to this branch, will stick to the one in Bexhill Road St Leonards which always has a bigger food selection and good vegan options too. Also the place looked very dull and dark inside as very few windows. Was much bigger and a much nicer environment when it was situated a few doors along. It seems like since moving to this new premises it has been down graded to a small dark space with very small food selection. I guess there are so many other tea rooms/ cafes in Battle now it probably doesn't get much custom now.

Small Costa with not a lot of indoor seating. There is also a very limited selection of sandwiches and cakes - far less than most other Costa's I have been too.The staff were friendly enough, but the dark and dingy interior of this one made for a rather unwelcoming place to stop. Such a shame as am a big fan of Costa Coffee normally.
