This has to be one of the friendliest establishments I have ever frequented. Amazingly good quality on all fruit and vegetables and so lovely to see how much they support local suppliers. Highly recommended

Post office not open as advertised. Visited previous week to be told “Not open today” following week “not open on Sundays at all” post office site advertises open on Sundays 09:00 - 12:00

Breakfast was good quality and staff were happy to tweak the options, which was very kind of them. I had the homemade bubble and squeak which was excellent. All cooked to order. A very local feel with a relaxed vibe.

This place is an absolute gem in the area. We came here 3 days in a row whilst visiting. The coffee and food here is lovely - we’d have 2 coffees in a row to get our fix.Best thing are the staff that work here, everyone is so nice and friendly. Especially the owners’ doggies that wander about.Highlight of our trip - thank you

Need to sort out the transparency on the bill, we sat inside due to the weather, paid an additional charge, which apparently was shown on the blackboard, we didn't see it, and charged £2, for a handful of crisps on a plate, VAT should be shown at the bottom of the bill to make it clearer, we will not be returning.

Fantastic shop with a great selection of everything you could need (and more) while camping. Food in the cafe is delicious and the bread and cake selections to buy are brilliant.

This is such a special place with friendly staff and locals. We sat outside for breakfast and watched the world go past whilst having a great coffee and vegan sausage ciabatta. All the locals seemed to know each other - it felt like being on a soap opera set ! Highly recommended.

A lovely cafe, the staff are wonderful, food was good and reasonably priced. A great little cafe, adjoining the local post office and shop, I’ll definitely be going back.

What an amazing little find. This place had it all! Lovely quality food in a quaint little cafe attached to village shop come post office. Two lovely friendly dogs who didn't bother you at all and some lovely gifts in the shop

This place is a delightful community shop. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is refreshingly genial. It is exactly the way a village shop should be. My wife and I stayed here as the owner has just opened a b&b on site. The accommodation is lovely (a decent size self-contained garden room very tastefully furnished) with a pleasant and private outside seating area. We had a lovely, comfortable , peaceful weekend stay with delicious cooked breakfasts in the morning. I cannot fault the shop, the accommodation or the people working there. The management have clearly put a lot of love and hard work into making this business to be a major asset to its community.
