We had a terrific meal here in June '22. If you like quality authentic Thai food this restaurant is a must!The staff are very friendly and efficient and the food...... fantastic. If anyone reads this review and is in doubt just book a table and go find out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I left the house with the idea of having dinner in a nice place and looking for this place, we arrived at Battle. A few old pubs to visit but not to my taste, so I googled where the best curry is made in the area. And I came across this beautiful hidden but enchanting place. A warm welcome from them, the order was very quick and delicious. The only negative point for me is that the portions are small and you go hungry. Otherwise nothing to object.??

I have been going to the Thai Orchid restaurant in Battle ever since it opened and I have to say it is an absolute must. The food is authentic and delicious. But I must take the time to also say how lovely and welcoming all of the staff are upon every single visit. The owners are fantastic. I have spent a long time speaking to the owner’s husband who does a lot of the table waiting and deliveries. He is a very kind, friendly and humble person. They work extremely hard to do well for the business and let me tell you, this certainly pays off. They clearly treat their staff well and this is noticeable by how lovely and enthusiastic they all are. I really don’t have a bad word to say about this restaurant and couldn’t recommend it more.

We have always loved it here ..5 star always but this time we were disappointed ?. Our starters was luke warm as was one main dish. The only reason we didn't make a comment at the time was because we had friends with us that were loving it and didn't want to mar the evening .....but usually very very good.

Very nice restaurant.Food was great, with a good attention to detail.Service was friendly and efficient.Beautiful interior.Only comment is that whenever chilli was cooked, it made the air in the upstairs area very 'spicy' causing the majority of people to cough.Possible ventilation issue?Will definitely return!

We are staying in Northiam and was desperately looking for a good restaurant to eat at. We were not let down it was well worth the 25 minute drive to come across the best Thai Food I have come across so far in the UK.The staff were fantastic and so friendly the atmosphere was comfortable, add this to great food and I will definitely give my way back here again (even though I live the other side of Kent). Hopefully our not will be a little older next time ?I highly recommend a visit.

Overall good.Staff are lovely , food was good.However we were seated towards the back on the ground floor and you have staff constantly marching past getting in and out of the kitchen and doorbell going off constantly!
