It was very clean, good value and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was hot and tasty. One of us had the vegan burger and said it was very good.Parking: there is level access and disabled parking at the rear of the building.

Whilst reasonable pricing the quality of food and service is inconsistent. Meat can be tough and chewy with hard or over cooked veg. Not pouring full pints either, ok if you like large foam heads!! a saving for them though ? around 19p per pint...!! dirty glasses and rude service on complaint.

We Went to the Toby Carvery in Eastbourne and when we got there we were turned away as we hadn't prebooked .There was loads of tables free as well.We then decided to go back to The kings arms and was delighted we made this choice, as the staff are nice and friendly, and the carvery was delicious, with good portions .Roast potatoes were excellent .Big thumbs up ?
