Was an absolute fantastic experience, there was a bit of a queue (no surprise it was lunch time)When it was my turn, was greeted with a smile. Even though I had been to subway before, I wanted to try something different so I asked what the staff member would recommend, they replied the Italian BMT and the type of cheese they recommended.After it was toasted the staff member at the salad section asked if the BMT was mine and if would like in salad on it.Asked how much salad can I have they replied “well we don’t charge on how much salad you have, so as much as you want I guess, however if you wanted any extra cheese that would cost you more depending on how much more you wanted”I said which salads I wanted with no extra cheese, and with sweet onion sauce.Then proceeded to the till where my order was rung up and was asked if I wanted a drink cookie or crisps.Asked for a large drink and a cookie which came to the meal deal.Paid my for my order and sat down.Food was absolutely lovely!People who complain about the food here, are clearly having a bad day and take it out on the staff!Which is a right shame because they were all amazing!!Also I over heard another customer complain that their sandwich was cold,Well duh!!!It’s a sandwich not a toastie!!!

Efficiency is non existent in this shop. Used to be so much better. Absolute joke the amount of time you have to wait, especially when it gets busy. Other staff is literally just standing, gawping and waiting for you to get to their station instead of ensuring a smooth operation! Not what i know from other shops of this franchise

I wouldn't even give this 1 star. So rude Accusations made against myself for verbal abuse after asking a simple question. Allowing staff to speak to customer with such rudness. Literally Hollering at me from over the counter and her co-worker. Falsely accused of have been in the store before when I have NEVER been in there before. Saying she didn't want to hear what I had to say and that I had to leave. So discusted in how I was treated expecially infront of my child. I will be taking this further but I feel I will not get anywhere. The staff need to be trained right. Never ever have I been so upset as I am after visiting today.
