I've been to Picasso Express a few times now and I have always been impressed with the food and the service. The people working there are all very friendly and provide unobtrusive service. My main course was as great as ever, but today what elevated my meal was the superb waffle which came with their own gelato. I had the white chocolate and hazelnut flavour and it blew my mind! Mark is an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, intelligent and welcoming manager of this establishment. The menu is extensive,food very good and of excellent value. Karim,one of the waiters ,is very attentive and accommodating. The clientele is of all ages,most important in Bexhill-on-Sea where some places are full of old folk. We intend to visit their sister restaurant in Eastbourne, we were that impressed, Mark has a lovely smile.
