Lovely food, friendly accommodating staff. We are regulars now and enjoy sitting outside to eat with the comfort of a heater if needed. Thank you

Visited for a Sunday roast. Overall was OK. Very young waitresses, some have more experience than others, all very sweet and trying their best. We were seated at the top of the pub, with all the miss mash stuff. Left over valentines decorations aswell as Christmas. Plastic table cloths, not very welcoming. Pile of something in the corner with a blanket over it... Wouldn't take much, replacing the carpet, lick of paint and a declutter.

The Denbigh in Bexhill is a culinary gem that left an indelible mark with its fantastic food and inviting atmosphere. My dining experience was elevated by the standout dish, the bacon and brie ciabatta, a delightful creation that embodied perfection on every bite. The combination of crispy bacon and creamy brie, nestled in a warm ciabatta, was a culinary masterpiece that surpassed expectations.Beyond the delectable menu, The Denbigh exudes a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The staff's warm hospitality added to the overall charm, creating a welcoming environment that resonated throughout the visit. Whether it was the attentive service or the cosy ambience, every aspect contributed to a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail in both the food and ambience showcases The Denbigh's commitment to providing patrons with not just a meal but an unforgettable journey for the taste buds and the senses. For anyone seeking a culinary haven in Bexhill, The Denbigh stands as a beacon of excellence, promising a delightful fusion of flavours and a welcoming atmosphere.

Use thus as our local. Food choice a bit limited but excellent quality. Staff always efficient and friendly.

A friend treated me to a birthday meal at The Denbigh and we were delighted with the warm welcome, the lovely 'proper pub' ambience (no noisy music and many interesting items on the walls etc) and the food which was sublime and also beautifully presented.Vegetarian options: A modest but excellent choice of vegetarian dishes. The nut burger I chose was honestly the best I have ever eaten. I had garlic mushrooms to start which were in a delicious sauce and served with warm, very fresh bread.Parking: Sensible size car park adjacent to the pub. Plenty of room.

Had a lovely meal today - great food and service- the food was served piping hot and very reasonably priced.

First time here, friendly staff, good atmosphere, and food we had (ciabattas and cheesy chips) was really tasty. Would love to come back here

Lovely Christmas lunch with relatives. Attentive and friendly staff with great food coming in generous portions. Fantastic.

The staff were very nice so no worries there. The fish and chips were the most awful I have ever had. The pub is near the sea yet the fish was clearly months in the freezer. The flesh had no substance. The thin coat of batter was only just cooked, sloppy and no crispness. The chips were also slightly undercooked and the mushy peas clearly from a tin. The meatballs were swimming in fat. Given the good reputation of this pub I was very disappointed and won't be returning in a hurry.

My son and I both had a fantastic roast here today. Although they were very busy the service was 1st class. The pork was cooked perfectly and the veg was really fresh. A great experience and very good value. We shall be back! Almost forgot the great Eaton Mess.

Good little pub. Watch out for themed nights e.g. Greek, Sausage, Curry and they do Sunday roasts.

Went here for a meet up with friends, Ordered fish and chips which was tasty but small portion, served with french fries which is unusual but they tasted ok, the peas could have had a little longer in the water. The desserts are not homemade according to the waitress (apart from the cheesecake) so at £7.90 are too expensive. We didn't order any for that reason. My friend did have the cheesecake it was tiny and definitely not value for money. Overall, a lovely evening with the company, the service was a bit slow as there were only 3 tables eating and doubt I will return but that's purely for value for money. Ending on a positive - my friend enjoyed the duck salad and it did look good.
