It is a great place for comfort food. Generous portions and delicious flavors! I would personally recommend the bibimbap!

First time coming to eat here. Food was absolutely delicious. Most authentic Korean food I've had. It's nice that my daughter could eat something there as she has multiple food allergies. Reasonably priced as well.

If you’re in Open Market, definitely give this place a try. Amazing food, huge portions and well priced. I recommend getting the rice cakes with fish cakes, but avoid the curry as you don’t get much meat, it’s mostly curry and some rice.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options

Their kimchi is out of this world. I lived in Korea for two years and have been craving some amazing, homemade kimchi ever since returning. I haven’t been able to find it anywhere….. until I discovered this gem on a day-trip to Brighton. I now need to go back and buy a whole kilo! ?

Happened across this gem of a place soon after arriving in Brighton for the day. The market smelled amazing and we tracked it to Korpan Deli. We ordered Bi Bim Bap and Noodle soup with various meat/vegan choices and levels of spice. Also ordered vegan gyoza dumplings. All were absolutely delicious, hot and filled with healthy fresh vegetables. Service was quick and friendly. A great start to our day and thoroughly recommended! Also tried several of the homemade mochis (9 flavours to choose from!)Vegetarian options: Tofu option on most dishes, and vegan dumplings.

Delicious authentic Korean and Japanese food, the best homemade Kimichi to takeaway for home and beautiful tea. I am a frequent visitor of Korpan, a perfect lunch spot.

Located in the Brighton Open Market, is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for delicious Korean and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the friendly staff makes you feel right at home. The menu offers a fantastic selection of dishes, but the spicy noodle soup is an absolute standout. It's packed with flavor and heat, making it the perfect dish to warm you up on a chilly day. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for your money. Overall, if you're looking for a fantastic meal in a relaxed setting, Korpan is definitely worth a visit.

My favourite place for a tofu katsu curryDietary restrictions: Plenty of vegan options
HOMEMADE KIMCHI!1) Food – I eat three times there, always different meal and always.. average with lack of taste, flavours and any "WOW" effect. I often buy homemade Kimchi over there though.2) Customer service – as it should be. They are good, kind people, but also nothing to write a profound poem about.3) Interior – located in the specific Open Market, so I will not be really evaluating that sort of outdoorsy street food place with tables outside and their plenty of colourful, takeaway, Korean banners :)4) Price – definitely overpriced for the food quality/taste being supplied

Had a really good meal here with my partner during our trip to Brighton! The staff were kind, sweet and welcoming! The food was amazing! They have vegan options too which helps a lot! I ordered Vegan (Tofu) Katsu Curry and my partner ordered Yakisoba! Both of us enjoyed our meal!

Excellent excellent excellent. Had katsu curry and it was sublime, superior to Wagamama by a mile. Honest prices, nice man and fabulous food.Vegetarian options: My sister had tofu, vegan market. Was great.Kid-friendliness: He’s a nice guy, felt safe.Wheelchair accessibility: Defiantly could wheel them right up. No hill so wouldn’t wheel away either.
