Came for lunch with my husband and son. It’s rough and ready, as is the manner of the owner, but the food is authentic and so are the people. They were attentive and generous in their treatment of us and we really enjoyed the experience. Would definitely return next time we’re in Brighton.

I’ve just finished a meal at Mohammed - Spice of Life and it was delightful! Hands down the best place for a spot of lunch in the Open Market, if not in Brighton. Everything is so good about it, from the food to the atmosphere and the service. You feel like the guest of a Bangladeshi family who is cooking amazing food for you. I just want to find out how they get that chicken so tender... highly recommended!
