Would you guys consider closing the door in the early morning so your customers don't have to freeze to death. You open at 7am and then insist on keeping the door open. I closed it once thinking another customer must have left it and the manager immediately opened it again. This was in December at around 7:30am.

Was told to go to the gym by the “grizzly king” and then assorted into groups of 3 for the hourly “Starbucks games” where we threw hoops onto bottles and tried to guess someone’s weight. Was late for my train due to this. After the “Starbucks games” I was assaulted out the store for losing and then banned from entering due to being “water damaged” don’t go here

This is a Starbucks- what you see is what you get in terms of food quality. The atmosphere is very basic-tables are usually dirty and rubbish isn't cleared away. There's a high customer turnover and the serving team are used to just churning out the drinks. The whole cafe lacks warmth and comfort. If you are looking for somewhere nice to sit and enjoy your coffee this isn't it.
