When we went in it was very busy but the staff were very friendly even still! The service was fast and the coffee tasted amazing, truly the pick-me-up we needed for a day out at Brighton. I believe someone called Alec served me who was really nice and incredibly helpful answering questions I had about the drinks and what milk alternatives were available. Will definetely be coming back here again next time we visit!
Ordered some tea and sat here for a while to meet up my friends. Very busy here and can be very crowded at sometimes. The service is great and staff was very helpful when I ask for public transport to get to my destination he even can out of the shop and point to direction. Sorry I didn't get his name. One step beyond.

Positives: Staff are very friendly and deal with the busy queues super well :) every order I've had has been accurate in under 2 mins despite being busy.Downsides: The tables are often not cleared since its so busy and the WiFi rarely works (atleast for me.)
