Horrible people, charged my poor autistic brother twice for a foot long dry sandwich. Do not go to this subway. The staff are terrible and always in a rush you. Do not go here. You will get ripped off.

if you have dietary requirements, be careful. arrived early to pick up two TLC's with vegan cheese. saw them being made with dairy cheese, i let them know. they carried on making it, i guessed to avoid food waste. instead they tried to serve us the subs. first argued the cheese was vegan, then argued we had ordered dairy cheese. i had to explain that mozzarella-style plant based cheese is the vegan cheese. after every member of staff coming to argue with me, they eventually agreed to remake them vegan. if i hadn't been there early to watch them making it, we could've been really ill.

Love a cheeky subway when I'm out, was with some mates, popped in and the meatball sub it was absolutely gorgeous, would defo come her again its very nice here, and the staff a lovely. Even pulled a gyaldem when I went.

When this opened in 1996, it was a big deal. I'd only seen Subway on TV. It was really great until the mid 2000's. Then idk if it was change of management or what, but since then it's been consistently bad. Salad often soggy, fillings always falling out of my sandwich and often refused tap water. Shame as it's one of the few shops I remember growing up in Brighton with.

I rang that one \\u0026 it was incorrect. That number is for the West Street branch. How do I know that??\\nBECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!!!!

I made an order on the Subway app but the staff hadn’t received it for some reason. Instead of apologising for the mistake and making the sandwiches I had to stand there for 20 min waiting for the manager to come while they were serving people who came after me. When the manager came she made the sandwiches and gave me some extra cookies and drink but I would never visit this store again as the staff is extremely rude and doesn’t appreciate paying customers.
Applying service! Phoned to day the order was incorrect, and there was no apologies whatsoever. Just ‘I made the sandwich and it was what your ordered’. Hmmmmm......no it wasn’t. Told to contact head office or Just Eat. Completely pointless and useless.

Went to this what used to be excellent branch 7.30 Sat night, what a shock, dirty tables and floor. Hungry so ordered subs. What a laugh. Guy kept on looking at us, like we had two heads, repeated orders three times before he understood what we wanted. Finally got subs asked for salad. 4 small cubes of beetroot on a 6 inch sub. Really. Asked for crisps. Asked three times for ready salted. Quavers? Nearly banged head on counter as he didn't understand what we meant. Train your staff a bit better please

right, don't order a 6 inch, because they cut the sandwich in half and give you the smaller piece. who knows what they do with the larger pieces... only rating 2 stars as they gave me the same amount of filling and put the right amount of chilies in.
