Ordered a takeaway from this lovely place at the weekend, and the food was delicious! Staff were very friendly on collection and the food is very reasonably priced, highly recommend!

Sad to say the food was not up to good standard and the manager was push selling a bit. Not good experience overall.

Really great food, hubby had his usual Dhansak and I had a fish tandoori which I haven’t had before. Good service from pleasant staff.

We had a takeaway menu as we are looking after family pets. It was outstanding - all of it. A huge thank you. The best curry we have had in a long time.

We went with my friends to have good dinner but I am disappointed because food was under cooked, test less food and I had informed their staff and manager but no action was taken.Costumer service was very poor.I am not going this again. I don’t recommend to my friends and family.

I would avoid this place if possible, we went there last night for a work night out and we weren't impressed at all. The whole place feels underwhelming, sub-par and lacking in quality. We arrived at nearly 7pm and were the only ones in there - we sat down and soon had a host of waiters standing around our table, glaring at us - I'm sure they thought this was good service but it couldn't be further from the mark.We had our order taken by an angry older man, who seemed to be in charge, who gave the impression he'd rather be anywhere but there. The whole ethos seemed to be sell as many beers as possible and don't worry about the food - a coke was £4.50 and lacking in syrup so tasted like water and the beer was £6.50 a shot and wasn't even on tap!!!Starters came out and were, at best, mediocre. The salad looked like it had seen better days and most of the dishes were dripping in grease. When the mains finally arrived, which we were waiting quite a while for, they rushed them out and demanded we make space on the table, pushing food heaters down the line which looked like they were from the 80's. After a while we told them we had some items missing, we had to deduce exactly what these dishes were ourselves and waited another short while for this. The dishes came out on plates that looked like they were from Poundland. The tastes were bland and underwhelming.Throughout the evening three more tables came in, all of whom seemed to be locals and seemingly ignorant as to the quality of food being pushed here.At the end of the evening the angry, older man took payments and got visibly annoyed with us when we asked if we could pay separately. This restaurant feels like a Wish version of what an Indian curry house should be. You can immediately see how cost is spared at every corner in this place. We normally go to Tarana but had a friend who couldn't leave Crowborough on this occasion and we were planning on going to the Rose of Bengal, but they are closed on Tuesdays. I would strongly recommend to anyone not to frequent this restaurant if you are looking for an enjoyable evening with good food!

I feel I should leave a review as I thought was brilliant. Great dinner really enjoyed.. Resturant is small. They made a table up special for us. Book in advance would be best

We had a takeaway from The Rajpoot and honestly it was the best curry we have ever had. Arrived piping hot and full of flavour. The lamb Parsi curry was to die for!

Ordered a takeaway last night, really disappointed and we ALWAYS use this restaurant. Feel totally let down by our normally favourite restaurant. Naan bread was burnt and crispy, lamb dish had absolutely no spice but was suppose to have. All dishes bland and the poppadoms were soggy. All sides had no flavour

I have always been a fan of Indian food and since moving to Crowborough wanted to find an establishment that would be great and able to count on for all occaisions. Once again this evening with a meal for one or was so good. This is my go to restaurant in East Sussex. AAA++
