The customer toilets (male&female) smell awful, its like they've mopped the floors with a bucket of urine ,they could use bleach in the toilets there's plenty in the shop, you can't breathe for the smell of warm stale urine, please sort it out for health and safety, it really shouldn't smell like a public toilet thats by the beach. Is it possible for a manager to check them out for themselves, surely its not acceptable
Was going to buy some plants but as always they looked dry and half dead ! I don't understand how a shop can spend out money on all those plants and just leave them to die. Surely they've got enough staff that someone could give the poor things some water each morning/night... even if it's the trolly guy ! What a sorry sight... been the same for weeks...

Come to collect my order extremely late on Sunday just before 4pm. I was very apologetic from the start but the young male staff member was very kind and understanding. Thank you for being patient at the end of your shift over the weekend.
