Bakery staff so helpful! Tammy went above and beyond and I didn't catch her two colleagues names but they were friendly and interested.

As a ubereats driver I don't recommend this store at all. They don't have the staff to do the orders so drivers are wasting there time and diesel for nothing costing money coming here 0/10 order via ubereats at your own Pearl

No longer shop at Asda Eastbourne since the introduction of trolley self checkouts! It takes SO long to self check out a full trolley and inevitably need assistance from staff whom for the most part are slow to react! Now a Lidl customer - fast checkout and great service!!! So far seen five other people at Lidl who no longer shop at Asda for the same reasons!!!

I really enjoy my shopping experience in Asda although I usually end up there for hours as I like to take my time when shopping. They have a clothes section , a small cashier desk for lottery and lots of self service tills for customers to pay . I have never had to qué when paying and if I get stuck or forget what to do staff are always happy to help and guide me .I have fibromyalgia so sometimes I get brain fog and can't remember things or where things are in store.

Stock levels were a bit low on the Saturday afternoon we visited, a few things we wanted were out of stock. The toilets absolutely stank.

I'm a regular Tesco shopper and have thought about switching to Asda. I've shopped there twice this week and both times the self service machines have given me about 4 or 5 seconds between scanning the savings app and scanning my first item before cancelling my purchase. I've then had to start again.Having started again I then forgot to scan the savings app before I'd paid, so I thought the services desk would rectify it, as Tesco do. No they don't. I will be returning to Tesco again. Staff were ok, but extremely poorly run!

This store is an absolute disgrace. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I've been shopping at this branch for 15 years every single week, spending around £100 a time, the staff are rude and disinterested, they treat you like they're doing you a favor. If you dare to ask them a question they are curt and rude. Not a single one ever acknowledges you. If you happen to get in one their way they flash you a dirty look. Its like the more you go there the more rude they are to you.The shelves are always half empty. Fresh produce like fruit and veg is always empty. They may as well close this store at 5pm because if you're in there any later there is nothing on the shelves. There is pallets full of stock left all over the shop floor and you can't get near half the shelves. Awful place. No one ever seems to do anything about the dire state if this store.

It's difficult to find things and the staff don't know either. A frustrating shop!

Chaotic, aisles all messed up, untidy plus I have mobility issues so need to hire a mobility scooter. The lady on the kiosky was disinterested at best, completely clueless at least. Handed my a key, didn't have an idea how to get them working but they were both more or less dead or no battery power. Couldn't be bothered to find out if someone could help. If I was t able to at least walk around the store albeit v slowly I would have left in tears. Get your act together Asda. This is not good enough

Asda crumbles store (some irony being named the crumbles)Dirty, boxes everywhere and unclean. Staff look tired and fed up. Thank goodness there are much better alternatives

Impossible to park my bicycle there now as they have removed the bike racks right outside the store, frustrating that they were removed
