Quality Fish, Quality Chips, Quality Cooking and Quality ServiceA very well run Fish and Chip shop. I am not sure that I have ever had better fish and chips anywhere. It gets a solid 10 from me and I do know my food.

Once I arrived in Shanghai, I stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel in Huangpu province and discovered the restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel...a revelation! Fine dining in the true sense of the word - I tasted an Australian white wine (Sauvignon Blanc) with spicy shrimp and Saint Jacques scallops, but also an excellent mango mousse (attached picture)...I recommend it wholeheartedly, although it is not cheap at all , the service is impeccable!!!
