We visited Sabaidee yesterday evening (21/09/2023) for a birthday and pre-show meal.We ordered cocktails - Singapore Sling and a Mai Thai. Both were made to a high standard and were very easy to drink(!)We had starters of fried squid and Tom Yum soup. We decided to have dinner here last night (Saturday) and really enjoyed it. I felt it was priced a little on the high side but we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the duck spring roll for starter which was a bit mean on the duck filling but tasty. I had the king prawn pad Thai, the noodles were great but the prawns lacked any flavour at all so very disappointing.The egg fried rice was nice which went well with the deep fried king prawns. 15 of us had come down from London and we made a last minute booking. The restaurant was then fully booked.We kept the staff very busy, but they coped exceptionally well. The food was very very good. We had so many dishes and they were all very good. Wish we were local enough to go there more regularly. One of the best Thai restaurants I've been too.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian dishes available.
