Popped in here for a small bite to eat with a friend, we had the small breakfast as well as the unlimited hot drinks available.

Great Wetherspoons right opposite the train station in Eastbourne and right opposite the bus stops. Right in the centre of town near the shops and The Beacon Shopping centre.Lovely old building with an upstairs with more seating. Very busy.Staff very helpful and friendly and efficient and took my order straight away.Food is great, hot cooked food and very quick service. Very clean. The atmosphere was very nice relaxed lunchtime. All reasonable priced and the January sale this month is worth having at £2.99 a breakfast.

Where else in Eastbourne are you going to get a triple cheese burger with bacon and a large Pepsi for £9.05 your not plain and simple fantastic value and service couldn't fault the whole experience.

extremely busy, bar service pretty good considering the amount of people at it. Would use again.

Surprised by how good the food came out considering how busy it is. Exceptional service by Casey, made our night.

I experienced a manager being abusive towards a disabled female customer today and it was a disgusting display of customer service. The customer did nothing to deserve the rude attitude she received when simply asking the manager if she could have her drink prepared. I hope the lady makes a complaint because this is not customer service, it's abuse.

Been a regular for some years now, and always been impressed by the service here. Of late though, it’s become a pub that has gay and gender screwed bar managers that possess nothing more than attitude. A pub that really need to sort itself out….!!!

Good Spoons with usual great selection of beers and prices. Interesting decorative building with cornices.

Place is nice , so centric snd spacious inside . Staff is friendly and nice, very helpful. The food is not the best but the prices are very good and they have so many options, everyone can find something they like .Vegetarian options: Lots of vegi options, and fish options for fishatarians .Dietary restrictions: I think they can change dishes to please any dietary restrictions for sure . We asked for burger either no mustard and they were very happy to please us .Kid-friendliness: We visited with our kid , and it was good, they also have a kids menu with lots of options.

It’s always a safety bet after a long, busy day- even with a kid.The kid menu offers a wide range for a really good price. The staff is lovely and kind, always polite and cheerful☺️And the Christmas menu is simply the best!?Dietary restrictions: They have a board downstairs which helps people with food allergies and the staff is also helpfulKid-friendliness: Absolutely family friendly with crayons, activity sheets and nice staff who won’t look at you with side looks if your kid is a bit excited.

Generally you know what you get with spoons, like so many people I used them all the time. Visiting our local one at least one a week. Today on a trip away we tried this one. And I to say i have not experienced such poor service. With a very grumpy girl actually lying to us to cover up her mistake rather then just saying "sorry". I really dont understand people like that!

Incredibly polite and helpful staff , clean environment and a pleasant atmosphere. Went in around 1130 for a quick bite to eat with my daughter and we only needed to wait about 10 minutes for our food.

Popped in for a couple of drinks on a Saturday afternoon. The staff upstairs were lovely, chatty with customers and serving food/drink with a smile. The pub itself is very pleasant too!

I was supposed to meet my brother here for a drink. Instead he was confronted by a 'Woke' barman who accused him of 'misgendering' him? Upon asking him to get the manager, my brother was told that he was not going to get served and that this policy came directly from Tim Martin? We have now both decided that Wetherspoon is no longer fit for purpose and have voted with our feet and wallet. My brother is 70yo and has a gay son. I'm 76yo and a former publican. This modern propensity of forcing the gender issue onto the older generation is slowly forcing us out of pubs!!!Tim, you could do better.
