Great Wetherspoons right opposite the train station in Eastbourne and right opposite the bus stops. Right in the centre of town near the shops and The Beacon Shopping centre.Lovely old building with an upstairs with more seating. Very busy.Staff very helpful and friendly and efficient and took my order straight away.Food is great, hot cooked food and very quick service. Where else in Eastbourne are you going to get a triple cheese burger with bacon and a large Pepsi for £9.05 your not plain and simple fantastic value and service couldn't fault the whole experience.

Been a regular for some years now, and always been impressed by the service here. Of late though, it’s become a pub that has gay and gender screwed bar managers that possess nothing more than attitude. A pub that really need to sort itself out….!!!
