Service dreadful, We were the only people in the shop when we ordered and waited over 25 minutes, as other people ordered and then got serviced first and also pick up drivers . Disorganised too say the least .NOT the first time disappointed with this

This place is honestly a joke. We come in about twice a week to grab some lunch. The restaurant is relatively busy every time, and you will wait a little longer which is understandable. However, the staff don’t smile or greet you, they seem to be forced to be working there. They are so unhappy, and it’s very visible. You end up waiting some days 20 minutes for your takeaway. Trying to engage with the limited staff there is a challenge in itself. They have an attitude that reflects on the service. I have been given the wrong food both Monday & today. It is so busy that one doesn’t check the order.twice I have paid for a meal that I have not received. I have paid for items that are not in my box. I ordered a 8 piece bucket, I got 6 pieces, 4 legs and two hot wings? Hot wings do not come with the bucket. I got given the wrong burger on top of this. I paid for zinger stack meal, I got a zinger burger meal. I asked for napkins, which should be standard and you should not have to ask for these, again I did not receive any napkins. How do you expect customers to eat their takeaway meals and not provide napkins? This restaurant is uninviting, and offers extremely poor service. The staff do not assist you when you call to query the mistakes, it’s pointless, you pay for items and you do not receive them, nor get the refund for these. KFC is joke

I want to get some food for my family today from kfc in Hailsham. We order our food at 1:23 at this point there were only 3 other people in the shop about 5 minutes later a lot of people entered the shop and they got served before us about 10 minutes later we went up to ask about our food and they haven’t even started on it they had skipped us and due to other people getting served before us and ordering after us they didn’t have all the things they had to make our order so the chicken they did have sat in the bag on the counter for 10-15 minutes while they prepared the rest of the order so the chicken is now luke warm and by the time we got out it was 1:50 so much for fast food!

I visit this shop once or twice a month. The shop has its challenges. However, there's one lad who consistently excess in his work. He's tall gangly but shows his pride pride in work. Wish there were more like him.
KFCs in general can be a bit hit and miss these days but I can honestly say I've just had some of the best here in Hailsham. Quick service, well cooked , nice and hot. Well done...??Parking: Shared with Tesco Express next door but never had any problems getting a space

Much cleaner than it used to be BUT now they are so pushed on targets on how fast they get food out they just move it to ready for collection on the board as soon as you put the order in so you can't actually tell when it's

Ordered online and turned up to collect. Checked in at car park and as I approached restaurant there was a sign up saying it was closed due to staff shortages. KFC still took my money for food I couldn't collect.To be fair from past experience of this restaurant some of the items I ordered would have been missing from the bag anyway. Avoid at all costsDon't even bother with their "Care Squad" the only reply you will get from them is requesting more information which they will ignore when you send it to them
