Ordered from here for the first time and it will be my last solely on the way the owner spoke to me when I picked up the order. When I picked it up after received a phone call ten minutes earlier to say it was ready, the Owner snapped at me saying he called three times and left a voice mail, throwing his hands about. I assured him he called once and left no voicemail, even showed him my call history which he decided he didn’t want to see as he was so adamant he called over and over. Not sure what the actual issue was there as we had already paid. Guy seemed to have a right chip on his shoulder. Got my back right up. Don’t expect to be spoken to like crap. Food was average. Burgers were ok but a bit salty. Chips were meh, chicken wings were dire. Avoid!!!

Disgusted with the service and the way in which I was spoken to by the staff last night at Pizza Bella. My first time visiting and it will most definitely be my last. Complaining of how they don’t have delivery drivers… and I’m not surprised. If they speak to everyone the same way they spoke to me, it won’t just be delivery drivers they don’t have, it will be customers too, especially now that they’re competing with not just dominoes but also the new Papa Johns Restaurant. Manners go a long long way and a few lessons in customer service wouldn’t go a miss.

Best burger in years! Pizza's are really good too with plenty of options. The manager is very entertaining and worth meeting!
Ordered stuffed crust. They took the order on the phone. Called back when it was received without stuffed crust, they totally denied the conversation and said if I want stuffed crust, then order again. It's only human to make mistakes, but admit it when you do, don't ignore it and lie about an order with your customer when you make a mistake. This isn't the first time we've had problems with this company, but it will be the last time!!

Delicious pizza, great service especially under such extreme conditions. Yes you may have to wait a while but that's standard these days for a take away.

Website don’t work - collected food off rude staff member, didn’t want to be there, food was shocking quality. Thrown in the bin, trip to McDonald’s

Wow just wow. This place has really really gone miles down hill. Burger was OK. Chips cold. Ribs well burnt I've done better microwave ones from Iceland. The chicken meal went in the bin after one mouthful so Did the chips and actually half the ribs. So 70% of the meal went in the rubbish. What happened has the owner just given up. If I had a dog I wouldn't feed him half this crap. Will never order again. And it took 60 mins for this dispointment
