I had a burger and chips and it was absolutely horrible. The service here is rubbish it takes half an hour to order a food and drink. Food came out cold. The music is too loud, I do not recommend (at all)

Lovely steaks but rather expensive compared with competitors.Table was close to loud large party that made it unpleasant experience. Side dish was pathetic small and over priced.Couldn’t find any staff when we wanted to pay for twenty minutes. Very oddParking: Plenty of parking next to restaurant

Our dinner was bought out we had the Christmas menu the roast potatoes were black. The manager was very rude. Then they tried to over charge us. Do not recommend getting the extra pigs in blankets or extra roasties bad value for money.

been here on numerous occasions and usually fine. on this occasion had fish and chips. fish portion wasn't huge but was really dry and mushy peas were a solid lump. not the standard we were expecting ☹️

My fiancé and I came here for a Friday night steak. We had 2 starters, 2 steaks with some extras and 2 drinks each which totalled over £90.We normally wouldn't mind paying that price if we had good food & good service however this is not the case here.The customer service was very minimal and not great to say the least.The starters were ok but our mains came out just after we finished our starters so there was no room on the small table to put our mains down as the starter plates hadn't been cleared.We paid £5 extra for a small bowl of onion rings, we had to pay £2 extra for sauce to go with the steak and we paid £5 extra for king prawns with one of the steaks... we received TWO prawns! Not king prawns either! I asked the waiter if that was right and he said "I'm afraid so".I wouldn't class a lump of rocket as "salad" and the chips were cold. The steak was ok.We weren't offered any sauces and the only ones available at the cutlery station was ketchup. We asked for mustard but they said they didn't have any. We then asked for some mayo and received a tiny dish with a big film of slime on top of the mayo so we didn't use that as weren't sure it was actually edable.We have been here a quite a few times over the years and it has been mediocre for the price. This is now not the case. It is a rip off for not great service neither good food so unfortunately we will not return again.
Discovered they do breakfast at the weekend so decided to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed. Great food, great selection and well looked after

Total rubbish…sorry. Waited 35 mins for drinks order to be taken.!! White wine warm, needed ice cubes. Red wine cold Have they no idea as to how serve wine…..let’s put on radiator said waitress…..lol. Starter for three of us, calamari well over cooked to the point of being burnt, when told to waitress, nothing done nor apology, mushrooms also over crispy cooked. Two mixed grills ordered….steak medium and rare, both very well done…prawn skewer, prawns again well over cooked. Even asking for water took forever. Will not be returning. ,

We have always enjoyed Beefeater meals but this one topped them all. The staff team from manager to servers were so helpful, warm and friendly, they could not be faulted.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options were great and varied.Parking: Easy, safe and ample.Kid-friendliness: From babies, toddlers and older children - all catered for happily.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access for wheelchairs - no problem.

1 burger, 1 rib eye steak. Steak nice, triple cooked chips amazing but burger cooked to within an inch of its life - dry and dreary - no salad. Please please don't pay £4.99 for the side of garlic prawns - 2 prawns (cold) in a hot microwaved bowl..... Service was OK at best considering it was very quiet but staff pleasant when they remembered you were there. If you order the refillable soft drink expect to ask for a refill at least twice before you get it. We were nearby for the week but didn't return.
