Nice drinks but queuing system confusing. It feels like the staff are telling you off for not following instructions but it seem unfair as it's a strange set up with where you queue and where you stand.

Always a pleasant experience with this particular shop. Whether ordering for delivery or picking up in store! Friendly staff who have taken the time to get to know me and already know my order before I ask. Never had an issue here.\\nThey even leave little notes on our orders.\\n100/10 ?

Service very quick even when busy but prices are high in my opinion
We had our breakfast on the second floor, the service was nice, however the table we stayed at was full with dust.

Love the fact I can get soya coffee and they don't charge extra for it. There is a small extra charge for almond milk. I also like the fact they do free hot drinks for children.
