The food itself was nice. The delivery driver however was rude, he called when outside to say I had to come to the door to collect(I live in a flat) and I asked why as there is a lift and any other deliveries use it and he said that they’re not insured to come in, however I pointed out that dominoes have in fact delivered here before and come into the building, he had an attitude and was rude. I came downstairs to find no one there, came back upstairs to find him at my front door waiting and said he would not deliver to me again. He also said that it states on the website they’re not allowed to come into the building, which it does not.

Order incorrect, delivered wrong drink and no ice cream. Pizza so overcooked it was not edible. Driver did offer to return with correct drink and the missing ice cream. Did not realise how poor the actual pizza was at that time. Back to Pizza Hut for us

Ordered at 12:42am, tracker stayed on prep for 30 mins, I called, was told there was only one driver, I said I understand and as long as my food arrives hot and fresh I don't mind, I was reassured this would happen. MY FOOD TURNS UP COLD AT AROUND 2AM, I CALL AGAIN TO TELL THEM THIS AND THAT I AM NOT HAPPY JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON. WHO EVER IS RUNNING THIS STORE SHOULD BE SACKED AS HE CLEARLY CAN NOT HANDLE A SIMPLE JOB AND IS OUT OF HIS DEPTH, ITS PIZZA ITS NOT HARD.........

I have never had any issues when ordering from this dominoes. Only issue to note is parking if you are looking to collect. There is parking outside but not alot of space.

Dominos were so helpful, we had a delivery and it seemed like the driver had taken some slices of our pizza. We phoned domino’s to say and they sent us a fresh hot pizza straight away with no long wait. No hassle and rectified to problem asap.
Honestly the most delicious domino’s I’ve ever had ! Everything was perfect and the staff was so lovely. 10/10

Honestly up there with the worst dominoes I’ve ever had. The sauce was next to none so it was incredibly dry. Was also really badly cut, 1/5 what a waste of money.

Took over a hour for the pizza to arrive and they are not helpful at all very frustrating staff can't even hear you the line as it is so crackling

2 hour wait for food,i called after 1hr to be told it would be with me in 20mins. wouldn't have been as bad had the food of been hot on arrival! Stone cold pizza after such a long wait is ridiculous.
