I paid 29.99 for my order on their website which they got wrong, I rang to say I hadn't received the right order but the person I spoke to said I had made a mistake and hung up on me so I went into the shop to provide my proof of purchase and to ask for the correct order but was refused. The bits of chicken we did have were nice but not nearly what we should have had and I think you should fix your website and make sure that the prices and deals advertised online match the prices and deals in the shop and that this can't happen again. This was a waste of my money and time, I wouldn't order again.

Make sure you call in before placing orders as they don't cook in advance, unless is rush hour.

Quite good restaurant and chicken variety is limited convenient for small place. I would recommend the bucket meal for 2 persons you'll get 6 pc of chicken, 2 x (drinks, fries and sides) at a fair price £11.25. The quality is not as good as KFC but on the other hand it's chaper and the delivery is quick
Most disappointing, chicken strips were dry and bland. Fries had been cooked twice and were rock hard, gravy was disgusting. It all went in the bin! So much for my night of cooking. Now going to make myself dinner. Avoid this place at all costs. You'd be better of just throwing your money onto the street, at least someone would benefit from it then.

Hastings hfc chicken AVOID... Shocking. We spent 21 pounds.. The hot wings were so dry they crumbled inedible. The base of the half pound burgers were soggy. The bags chips were only one third full. I called the shop and the man actually started arguing with me insisting his food is good, He was so rude, and he hung up the phone. I called back and said you hung up phone and he said yes cos I'm busy. I told him I will have to leave a bad review and he said yes OK go on then and hung up phone on me again

Didn't enjoy, hot wings were not even in the slightest hot and were lacking in flavour they forgot to put salt in the bag, no strawberry Miranda really appalling at least if you are gonna call the restaurant Hastings fried chicken at least make it nice
