Went in and ordered a trilogy box meal as I usually do with mash for a side, also ordered a regular gravy as well which obviously was extra. I get home with my food and notice all is there except the mash yet they were kind enough to provide me with a nice wooden spoon to eat the mash they forgot to give me….

My whole family ate from here a few days ago and have since got food poisoning. The place needs to be inspected by health and safety regulations as they haven't got a clue about hygiene and they are serving well below standards of food. You don't mess around with chicken that could kill someone.I gave everything 1 star if there was an option it would get -5

It wasn't possible to place an order on the digital screen and the staff didn't pay any attempts to us or our failures trying to do so. After three attemps we simply left and went to Burger King where we could place an order over counter...The premises were also very untidy.

Went with my partner today to try the new burger only to be given burgers with mould all over the buns!! Absolutely disgusting! Went up to the desk to challenge them about it and there was no care given no apology just here's your money back!Also I'm pretty sure a drug dealer went out the back with a male member of staff the whole place stunk of weed!

As with most fast food chains mediocre food,staff that aren't really interested in the job and awful seating arrangements, and I can't recommend any of the food,as I can cook better food indoors in less time and more comfortable seating,also more healthy and a lot cheaper and better quality food

I must a admit love KFC chicken.Service was good to day. But that it is not always the case. Sometimes they can be very slow.

Disgusting!! Thanks to you I will never eat at KFC again. I found the spoiled meat, which was a bluish-black colour. I felt sick after seeing the wings and threw away £45 worth of food. When I asked for an explanation they said that it's not ok to show the food like that, but after a few minutes they came with the explanation: the meat is like that from the bone. I couldn't eat anything that day due to the feeling of disgust. I do not recommend dining here. Shame on you!!

I was very disappointed with my Just Eat delivery, NOT 1 item was correct with my Order, Just Eat can’t be to blame because it’s KFC’s job to pack the items to be collected but after speaking to one of the Managers he was ‘slightly’ apologetic but I got the impression he wasn’t bothered, would definitely not order a delivery from them again…

by sending the correct order and when you call them to tell them, what they should do is send it out to you. Instead you are told to go on the app and request a refund. the app is not easy to negotiate. Rubbish service and ruined the start of my evening especially as it was my 7 year old grandson who didn't get what he ordered. Anywhere else would have sent out the rest of your order. Never going to order from KFC Battle Road St Leonards again
