No people waiting but still took 15 mins to get one simple order. More people in the kitchen than in the room.The food was probably the worst macdo I've ever eaten, I let you imagine.

Absolute joke of a McDonalds, placed a delivery order. missed out £20 worth of food, McDondalds Delivery App are useless and wouldn’t refund it because “the order arrived quickly” called the restaurant to wait 30 seconds as he was in the middle of cooking meat… waiting for 10mins. Decided to end the call and call back but just shows as “line busy” tried multiple times and no response. Joke of a place no wonder no one orders from that scummy place

waited an hour and a half for my delivery order, no way to contact through the app and no one answering the phone. it’s a joke, i can’t even cancel my order. even picking up in store is SO slow. pay so much money for the delivery fee and still can’t get it on time, also got assigned 3 drivers and still lost signal. don’t bother going here unless you want to wait over 30 minutes for food.

The food is usually OK when delivered, but this time both my son and partner had long hairs in their burgers..... needless to say it put us all off and turned our stomach's. Judging by the uncleanness of the place, I'm not surprised.

Everytime I order on uber eats there are always things missing countless occasions . How hard can it be to get an order right !??

Service VERY slow and staff seem to hate each other as much as the customers with arguments clearly observed. As with all McDonalds now, the venue is catered more towards Uber deliveries than actual paying customers in the place. Bags left to go cold, and the place itself is filthy with barely any cleaning standards maintained. Doors are always open leaving the place freezing, and there is barely anywhere to sit because, as with all McDonald’s now, they don’t seem to want customers to sit and eat anymore despite making more profit from them. Food ended up OK, but after waiting 25 mins to eat it at a dirty and cold table, I don’t think I shall return.

After receiving a completely wrong order the first time we are now waiting on the fifth delivery driver to be allocated and have been waiting for 1hr 40mins and still waiting for our order to be delivered. Absolutely

Ordered online and yet again missing and wrong items sent, how difficult is it to check food going into a bag? Spent 20 minutes on the phone to eventually get a refund for the missing items. Get your act together!!
It is a very small venue.Machine did not print receipt and had to rely on what I remembered as orders.

Again yet another rubbish experience in a McDonald's food cold by the time you get it, staff too busy faffing around doing delivery orders for a shelf and a faceless customer who is not there . While the customers who are standing there watch their food go cold as it sits there waiting for the staff to serve it to them.

Do not get delivery from McDonald’s Hastings, every time they miss something off the order (normally the most expensive item, very suspicious) and you can’t get a refund, even if Uber say you will, McDonald’s don’t process it. Food is always cold by the time it’s delivered and they don’t follow the instructions in the order. Literally the worst experience from a takeaway, they don’t deserve the orders!
