Ordered from pizza Hut app. First of all, delivery guy went to the wrong house, I got the order has arrived notification. Had to shout across to the delivery person from the otherside of the road to tell him Its me that orderd the Pizza. When the pizza and sides where handed to me the boxes where all squashed, and when eating the pizza was okay, the wedges where not cooked properly and the garlic bread was cold and very dry. I guess I will stick to papajohns pizza

I went there as a mystery shopper I write reviews on all takeaways my reviews are how I see it .when in last Thursday walked in the front door a bell went off to let the staff know someone was there five minutes later a young lady turned up she asked me what I wanted I asked her to tell me what deals were on she couldn't tell me she said you have to go online to get them although the deal was advertised on the window she said oh hang on I will get the manager the manager didn't come out but sent the girl back who said we only do that deal on Tuesdays I asked her about all the different pizzas she started to get annoyed with me asking if I was going to buy anything and saying we are closing soon so I left after which I went to dominoes who I will write about later pizza hut staff were rude and I could hear a lot of loud music playing in back ground certainly not going there again

Very mid experience. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. Order arrived 90 MINUTES after ordering!! That’s a full hour and 30 minutes. No apology from the driver, no call from the restaurant to keep us updated why it was late, zero courtesy so the customer service here is on the floor. Pizza tasted stale and cold, like it was made hours ago, looked nothing as advertised. Nachos were like bricks with salsa on top, no joke, they were inedible. Couldn’t finish them. Cookie dough, again, was brick hard, it was like tackling a brick trying to eat that. Feel really let down considering we don’t buy takeaway that much, we’d have been better off getting a frozen pizza or two from the supermarket. Only positives were the drink which was nice and cold and the garlic tear and share which had more cheese to it than the actual pizza. Won’t be ordering again. Pizza GoGo and other local Pizza shops do much better pizzas than these guys. It’s a shame because Pizza Hut used to be really good.

found a sharp inch long triangle bit of plastic when biting in to a pizza Friday night. called up got offered a new pizza to replace it but the rest of the pizza was fine. I don't think they beloved me or thout that I was just after free food or something. lucky no one was hurt this time. I hope they had a look to find out where it came from and how it end in the pizza.

Hi ordered a pizza an hour and a half ago , when arrived it was stone cold sent it back with driver, kids disappointed as alway ask to order from here, won't be ordering again ,phoned pizza hut to inform them to be then asked if I want to cancel order, what a bloody joke ,won't be ordering from hastings pizza hut again !!
Side forgotten, very simple fix. Called twice and hung up on. 30+ engaged phone calls and 45 minutes later still no chance of contacting someone to fix this.Disgraceful customer service.

my first time ordering from pizza hut, and the last. Some of the meat toppings looked like cat biscuits and rabbit droppings and the pizzas tasted really bland like something heated up from a pound shop.2 for Tuesday, 2 slices from each, 2 pizzas in the bin.
