Disappointed by the way my sub was prepared. The veg patty was raw since it was not toasted and so was the bread. Felt like I was eating a raw soggy baguette.

They use the same gloves for pork, cheese and meat as they do veggie options. I am Muslim and allergic to cheese and they handled my sandwich with the same gloves They used on pork and cheese.

I always enjoy my sandwich with teriyaki chicken. This is one of the shop that provide very good service, staff have good service mind, friendly, and helpful. However, the shop is a bit too small, when they have loads of customers, I don't know where to stand for queuing.Vegetarian options: Plane basedKid-friendliness: Almost everything kids can eat

Ordered and been waiting over an hour tried calling many times to see where the food is and kept hanging up
Only had coffee so can't judge the food but nice to sit outside and watch fans of Jack in the Green and motorcycle day walk past... Staff came out to clean the tables when saw a client sat there which was appreciated.

Don't use the Hastings subway...use the subway in Bexhill! Steak and cheese rolls are exactly how they look on the menu in Bexhill! Get the same roll at the Hastings branch as I did today and all you get is a thin..VERY THIN!! layer of steak, hardly any cheese and bulked up with whatever salad I choose....all I could taste was lettuce and onion not steak & cheese..they must have thought the roll was for my tortoise!! Won't ever be going there again!!
