Went for lunch, had the charcuterie and cheese board. An excellent choice of wine recommended. Definitely going back.

If you want to escape to Italy visiting a traditional deli this is the place! It's clearly run with a traditional style, no flashy gadgets or unnecessary technology. Very rustic and calming atmosphere. The coffee is also the best in town by a long shot!I don't often spam 5 stars, but this place deserves it!

Very friendly services, we tried some cheeses before buying and was impressed by servers knowledge on the cheeses and wines that pair with them. Will be back again when we next visit!

Encouraged to support local businesses by holiday cottage owner but treated with indifference. Asked for time to look at cheese counter, and despite very minimal other customers, the member of staff had one eye on her lunch break and reminded me of 'Mrs. Bouquet'. Sure they have a good trade but really ? Inspire to be better. The young female member of staff who completed my order was excellent. Overall, don't be put off ???☕ Great Deli. Choose your server though?

Pot of Tea

A lovely cup of tea. They sell good wines, selection of cheeses and charcuterie.

I ordered 12 bottles of wine and the service was fantastic. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and the wine was sent quickly and was extremely well packaged. Highly recommended!

I visited for the pizza van which was parked outside. Fabulous freshly made pizza a zillion times better than Domino's (which is on the other side of the High Street) and supports a local business. As for the Cuculo Deli, I have had a freshly made sandwich and a coffee there in the past which was most excellent

Had a lovely cappuccino, best in town. Go sometimes on a Thursday Friday evening foe pizza and a glass of wine. Highly recommended

Stumbled off the Cuckoo trail (the restored section of the Cuckoo Line from Polegate, which has been turned into a walking track) to discover this incredible wine bar/deli in Heathfield! Specialises in Italian wine, and there is even Italian radio on in the background which was a lovely touch. Very impressed with the quality and selection of wines, and the knowledge of the owner. I asked for an ‘oaky white’, which can be quite hard to find outside of the traditional Chardonnay…but he gave me three excellent suggestions to try. Food and cheese also looks very good. Several people, clearly regulars, came in to pick up orders of crates whilst I was there, which did not surprise at all me given the quality of the wine. What an amazing find in Heathfield!

Asked for a flat white coffee. Was so strong, it was horrible. Threw it away. Waste of £2.80.

I travelled down from London yesterday to visit family in health field so I had a walk about the high street. I walked into the deli when this rude lady behind the counter called out have you got a mask I told her I was exempt she then asked aggressively where’s your paper I did not know what she meant so I explained I have a badge not apiece of paper. The other lady there said it was ok and we could shop. The lady I was with is from the local council to the area and she could not believe the rudeness So I said I will not spend my money here and as we walked to the door she was shaking her head and kind of ushered us out. Absolutely disgusting there is no paper that you can get from your Gp saying your exempt. I will not post why I cannot wear a mask but I am unable to. She needs to go on a customer service course. I will be posting this everywhere
