Tried to use the Airline to pump up my tyres - Firstly the payment machine for cards refused to work but there was no signage on the pump to inform of an issue but when I discussed it with the shop they then informed me it was not working for cards (this was the 2nd staff member i spoke to - the 1st guy had no idea of anything wrong) I then went to use the hole in the wall card machine to get some cash out to use coins but that was not working either - it was out of order!!What...read full review

I have stayed in most of the the Travelodges in the south of England, but this is by a long way the best. It's always clean and tidy, it's quiet - you can actually leave your windows open at night and still get an uninterrupted night's sleep, and the staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have come across, not only in Travelodge, but in any other competing motel chain.

the friendly staff provide an efficient service. the hotel and my room was clean and tidy, everything worked. It is handy for the A22 road with a petrol station and convenience store in walking distance.
