Been coming here for at least 10 years, used to be the BEST Italian in Hove, now just pretty average. The lady chef used to be excellent, looks like she has gone, not impressed with the new chef. Place needs a really good clean, there is a musty smell that it really not nice. I am not just basing this on one visit, things just seem to be going more downhill every visit. Sad really

I am italian and this restaurant cooks genuine italian food in a very high quality. Best Pizza and Arancini in town! I highly recommend a stay in amici's. The employees are very friendly and very supportive. The chef himself came to our table and asked if we are satisfied with the food and he joked around with us. It was a very nice dinner at amicis.

Excellent local Italian restaurant. Lovely food and service. Outdoor garden in back is very nice. Been twice in past two weeks and it is a new go to for Italian food.

Found this place while walking by. Was served promptly and food arrived quickly. Had a great, full flavored carbonara. Staff were also very friendly. Would come again.

We went to the friendly restaurant in a windy and rainy morning, with all of tiring we received the warm welcome and the warm-hearted authentic food.It was such a large amount of cuisine and also reasonable price for the delicious food. Definitely recommend to other guests.

Fantastic Italian restaurant. Relaxed, friendly and the food is always great. Been a regular customer for 5 years or so and tonight, I tried the Seafood Risotto (new on the menu) and it was fabulous. Top marks to Karim the chef. Felt obliged to write another review for that reason alone. Love Amici, Nemo and all the staff. They never let you down. Pete.

Really friendly non-chain Italian. Friendly staff. Rare that you can't get a table on the spur of the moment mid week. Nice selection of classic starters. Good pizza and usually some nice pasta and starter specials. If you live locally definitely worth supporting

Came here to celebrate a graduation. Really lovely family-owned Italian restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh, clearly made with care, our waiter was lovely and chatty and traditional Italian interior. This place is definitely a hidden gem of Brighton.

Very good place for families. The service is very professional and the waiters are very kind.I really encourage people to come here as the food is fresh and very good quality for the price. Worth a try.

We've been here several times recently so it's almost become our regular weekend lunch spot. It's just brilliant - fabulous pizza and pasta, lovely friendly staff, and a comfortable feel. A recent review says it's "old-fashioned" but I say "traditional" and I think it's great.

Eaten here a few times over the years. Personally I prefer all the different pasta dishes over the pizzas at this restaurant.

Hugely generous portions and really good food. Slightly spicy pasta dish, but hey. The shared platter starter was fabulous, My pizza was great (though the added anchovies didn't make it out of the kitchen!). But a lovely Friday night meal out in a place with a buzz, and some real atmosphere. Would definitely come back ...
