I happened to visit Costa Portland Road for a meeting last week. Absolutely fantastic , welcoming and friendly team. Exceeded my expectations , great coffee great experience. Will come back !!

Coffee lukewarm! Can’t really hear the elevator music over staff volume of discussion. Not the best interior with ripped seats that look like to have been this way for a while... I was intending to fire up my laptop and do some work, but not liking this place.

Coffee up to usual standard and staff are friendly however it could do with a re vamp and a bin at front door instead of all costa rubbish blowing down the street

Lovely little local Costa and perfect for a mid week meet up. Staff are always friendly and helpful and obviously the coffee is the best of the big high street coffee shops. If I had one complaint it's that the cakes/treats in the cabinet never look particularly appealing and never look that fresh. On my last visit I saw a very sad Hot Cross Bun which looked like it had missed Easter(it was 3 weeks after Easter) and wanted to be put out of its misery (and somehow was £2). Overall, lovely cafe, lovely staff, questionable cakes ?

Coffee was really nice. The M&S food served was ok. The clearing of tables and the litter outside on their tables and seating really needed attention. Seemed a lot of staff behind counter but no one clearing up.Parking: Parking available, as this is a shopping estate, with Hobby Craft, Halfords and B&Q

It's a Costa kinda over priced but Starbucks are worse
It's okay I mean it's better than Starbucks imo and I got a free cake on my birthday yknjuts regular nothing special
I use to go there often and work on my laptop. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.
I go there every now and then to study and the staff are very friendly and there is WiFi.
