One of the best salt and pepper squid I’ve tasted! More squid then batter, not over cooked and extremely tasty! That is also the 2nd time I’ve had the squid so not a one off!The king prawn noodles were good too… Unfortunately I ate it all before I thought about taking a picture?Update- remembered to take a picture 1st, again a meal of squid, prawn noodles, dumplings and crispy lamb

It’s China Garden food (best place in Bton IMO) but without the high prices. I think I heard Danny used to be a chef there, but could be wild rumours. The buffet was excellent value with all of the dishes you’d want for a very reasonable price.

Very odd and off putting telephone experience. I rang to ask them if their meat was halal and the server kept repeating "We are Chinese" in a condensing manner. Felt very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would like to clarify you can still be a Chinese restaurant and serve halal meat which many restaurants do (that is what I was trying to check). For people who work in a restaurant and handle food on the daily, the ignorance regarding dietary requirements is disappointing.

Best Chinese I've ever had, hands down. Have been getting home delivery for years and it's so delicious, good portions and reasonably priced. The BBQ ribs are amazing, the crispy chilli beef is divine. There's good Chinese food and then there's great Chinese food like Danny's.

Great restaurant with a great atmosphere. Each made to order dish arrived quickly and was delicious. Staff were all very welcoming and the service was first rate. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

We ordered a takeaway of set menu for two last night. Were looking forward to our anniversary meal but didn't want to have meal inside restaurant due to busy time. The food was collected by my husband who didn't check exactly what was and wasn't inside the carrier bag so because of that he takes part of the responsibility for fact that the pancakes for the duck were omitted from the order. We were prepared to overlook this until we began serving the rest of the food. To say this was horrible is a vast understatement as despite being very hungry we were unable to eat more than half and even this was far from enjoyable! The duck was very dry and the hors d'oeuvres tasteless, all in all a mistake that won't be repeated!
