We have ordered food from here before and it was delicious. This time it was an hour late, flavourless, bland and just not nice. I think they must of made some bad hires or just stopped caring either way the next time I order from here satan will be skating to work.

Oh dear!! Probably the worst Mexican food or should I say attempt at Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. The chicken tacos are sloppy and wet, and inedible. Tortillas were stale and the quesadillas were dripping in orange grease and tasted nothing like they should. Called the restaurant to complain and told “if you check the recipe” seriously??? I’ve lived in New York and eaten a lot of Mexican food in my time and this was just rank wet greasy slop. About £30 pounds worth of food went in the bin. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered food 3 hours ago and nothing has turned up, they don't answer their phone either despite being open.Judging by other reviews this is common.

Terrible avoid 2hrs get Tacos then they ran out beef.Sloppy tacos chips ok.Very dissatisfied with the take away complained to Just Eat for refund they refused.

Overpriced.Care price board outside out of date. Chicken Burrito was £10.99. Food bland. No trace of sour cream, guacamole and mixed cheese.Would avoid

This was the worst takeaway I have ever ordered. An absolutely tiny portion of chilli (about 3 tablespoon full!) the tortillas were stale and soggy and completely inedible, everything looked nothing like the photos and was incredibly overpriced. I paid £15 for the chilli! So disappointed, I used to work in a mexican restaurant and it’s not hard food to get right. Just make it fresh and give decent portions ?

Ordered on Uber eats. They Cancelled my order 5 minutes later and still charged me for it! Tried calling multiple times and there was no answer! Do not order from here! They are scammers!

An hour late delivering on a Sunday. Food arrived cold, couldn't get through to restaurant as would have cancelled. Absolute joke and waste of money. Don't bother

Ordered through deliveroo. They never delivered. We called the restaurant 15 times, they didn't pick up. Don't bother.*It wasn't my account we ordered off so no idea why they've responded with the below. They wouldn't have had my details (name, number etc) so how do they know what order I'm referring to. The address and number on the account was correct as we ordered through deliveroo and the details were up to date. Look at their other reviews, there are so many with delivery issues.

I ordered spicy veg fiesta burrito, nachos for one and jalapeño popper.The delivery time was longer than expected, it was estimated between 7:30-50 on Uber east but it arrived at 8:20. I called the restaurant once and the lady was really niceI would have given them a 4 star review due to the delivery time but they nailed the re fried beans on the burrito! And everything arrived hot so it was worth the wait.As a Native bean eater myself, I recommend this restaurant. They have authentic refried beans! Non of that El Paso cat food beans(I don’t normally review restaurants but seeing as their recent reviews are quiet low I needed to share my experience)

Rude man picked up the phone and refused to take order.Told me to go online but the app won't let me get delivery for my post code even though I have rang up and ordered to my house before with out issue.Food is okay but I won't be returning due to the customer service received today

Ordered from here a couple of months ago and I can’t begin to describe the disappointment, my bean quesadilla turned up burnt and had promised to contain quac and veg and cheese and sour cream but instead just beans in a wrap. My kids meals were also burnt. Sorry but safe to say me and my family won’t be ordering from here again.

Without a shadow of a doubt the absolute worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of receiving.For context, I'd been ordering from Dos Amigos pretty regularly. I would order through their website, as I prefer to support a local business than go through Deliveroo/UberEats/JustEat if possible.I wait an hour for my food to arrive on a Monday night, all the while I can't get in contact with them. When the food DID arrive, the driver didn't care about the wait, but hey, maybe they're busy? Takeaway drivers must get exhausted. I got my food in the end, so no worries.Except my food was completely burnt, and absolutely inedible (see picture). I tried calling the restaurant 15 times, with absolutely nobody picking up the phone. I had to order food elsewhere, which meant I had to spend twice as much as I originally wanted.I tried calling them the next day - no response. I went down the restaurant, with the uneaten order, only to find them closed despite theirlisted opening hours.I then contacted DatMan, the company the handles the transactions for the restaurant. They couldn't help me, and referred me to FoodHub, which manages the order system (I think?). FoodHub were also unable to help me. It boiled down to refunds needing to be done by the restaurant, but as I couldn't contact them, I was left in the lurch.The next day, the restaurant FINALLY answered the phone. I explained the issue, and how FoodHub told me that the restaurant needs to issue a refund. The guy on the phone told me he didn't know how, or didn't do it as policy (he wasn't very clear). Told me to contact FoodHub once again.FoodHub told me the same thing they did before, and referred me back to the restaurant. This was after around two phonecalls and an in-app livechat, that were all equally unhelpful.I called back the restaurant, and they fobbed me off and HUNG UP ON ME. I should mention they've hung up on me before about a smaller issue too. I tried calling them back, and they refused to answer the phone, as I'm sure they knew it was me.I explained the situation to FoodHub, sent a picture of the burnt food to them, and they said they'd respond within 24-48hrs. Cut to 2 days later, and I find out they've done absolutely nothing. They once again refer me to the app, and the customer service chat says I need to resolve it with the restaurant.I FINALLY call up FoodHub once more (twice actually, as I got disconnected the first time for some reason), and explain how an issue like this shouldn't take 4 days to resolve. The customer service rep said they will call the restaurant.After 4 days, the restaurant agree to process the refund.This shouldn't have happened, and both FoodHub and Dos Amigos caused me a ridiculous amount of stress just to get a refund for an inedible order. I'm sure they were expecting me to give up so they could keep the money.The food is usually fine, but when things go wrong... man do they go wrong. DO NOT order with these people. If you must, order through Deliveroo or another service where you can claim your money back easier.As someone who's worked in the fast food customer service industry, I can confidently say that the owners of Dos Amigos truly do not give a toss about their customers. I will NEVER order from them EVER again.
