What a turn around new staff and a great chef can make. Will be coming back again in the near future. Everyone should try the food here. Thanks to the bar staff Dom and Jade for the great service. Jeni amazing food love definitely this is the only time I will say that women or at least this woman should definitely live in a kitchen. Jeni is responsible for turning the food in this venue from disastrous from our last visit where the chef walked out and the bar staff bless them tried to cook (badly bless them they tried) to absolutely awesome, even stayed for pudding as well. Jeni you are amazing keep doing what you are doing. :-)Dietary restrictions: Separate menu catering for all manner of dietary food choices

I liked it. Generic beers on offer, friendly staff and perfect for stopping off for a pint before you move on.

Ordered food but received incorrect order expecting beetroot wraps and instead got burnt sub rolls. Also I had asked for a soft drink but received something else. It’s was only about 1pm yet the music being played was too loud to have a conversation (or order food). Won’t be coming back I. a hurry

We booked a table in advance as there were 6 of us meeting for drinks. Very effective social distancing in place. Drinks could be ordered at the bar or by the app.Nice bar with friendly staff. Good for drinks when eating out in Hove.

I went with a few friends for pre drinks and ended up spending the whole night there. Staff are friendly, facilities are clean, food was tasty and it had a really good atmosphere. Only issue we had is that there were a few rowdy locals who were drunk

We were the only people to eat there all evening but the food was tasty and the sharing platter was plenty for 2 people. Drinks were pricy, but that's Brighton for you!

Went for lunch yesterday whilst out with my two grown up daughters. Good vibe and nicely decorated place. Eldest daughter opted for a margarita pizza with three toppings, choosing burnt ends, halloumi and shwarma change chicken. She loved it. Youngest daughter and I couldn't decide what to go for so decided to order two things and share. We had the pizza of the month which had buttermilk chicken, Stilton, spring onions and hot sauce. It was delicious. One of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. We also shared the chicken katsu burger and sweet potato fries. Really good quality chicken, three onion rings and tasty katsu sauce. The fries were perfectly cooked. Food was delivered swiftly and was piping hot. Would definitely return and will certainly recommend to others.

Every time we pop in here for a drink it's busy. Great friendly service and atmosphere by staff. A nice place for a drink and a break. It gets very busy and even more so now that Weatherspoon has closed. Small outside area to sit.

great venue to watch live sport, get a good bottle of wine, prosecco or beer, and get tasty food, all at a decent price. Great atmosphere and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The customers are fun people too! The football team I support lost, but the venue made up for it!

On Friday 18th May we visited this establishment as it was my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to treat her to a celebration meal. As it was a working day we couldn’t meet until after she finished work. Unfortunately due to problems with buses we were a little later than we had anticipated. Our party consisted of my daughter, 10 year old grand daughter a 13 year old son of her sister in law and myself. After perusing the menu we ordered just before 6pm. Even then there were problems as the man behind the bar didn’t know what a Stout was even though it was shown on the Drinks Menu. The food arrived at about 6.30 with an announcement that we had to leave by 7pm (I presume because because of the children) which meant desserts were out of the question. It also meant that complaining about the stone cold French fries was also not viable. This was the first visit for about 4 years when we were driven out by very loud music being more than in the background. The latest visit was in effect giving the premises a second chance. I am most annoyed that had we been advised of the time restriction at the point of ordering, then we would have had an opportunity to go elsewhere.
