This restaurant offers food not only for meat eaters. I went with friends who wanted to try Argentinian meat, and they really had a feast! I don’t eat meat but I found lots of good pescatarian options, both for main and starters; my salmon was juicy and tasty. The meat was also very good, according to my friends. I found it a bit pricey, but I guess it depends on what you eat - and what you drink! Their wine selection is great.

Fabulous steaks and wines on the upper end of pricing. Have returned many times as dependable. The upstairs is a no no as really lacks atmosphere.

We have been coming here for a few years now and it is always consistent , we also found some new starter dishes on this visit, the ceviche and secreto ibérico (Iberian pork ) AMAZING!!! We usual have the argentine meat experience as main , and it is honestly the best steak dish in town (4 cuts of Argentine steak) . Thankyou as always guys & see you soon

Good service by all staff. Had chateaubriand which was good but not excellent. Chips were standard frozen skinny chips, not suitable for a £85 dish. Food was overpriced for the standard received.

Amazing food, and the wine list is really good as well, service spot on as usual. Prices has gone up, but is still with it.

This is a good steak restaurant. I had a nice time, the room is lovely, the staff were nice. The steaks were good as were the sides. BUT. I was expecting to be blown away because of the reviews and the fact that proper Argentinian steak places tend to be great. So I think my lack of “blown away ness” could well be due to my state coming in. But it was good not amazing. I would definitely go back and have another shot.

We had a great meal Saturday evening, service was great and meal tasty.Bread and squid to start followed by the meat experience the rump being the stand out meat out the 4.Rib eye was a tad disappointing we washed it down with a cracking expensive red called Vultur.Would happily return

Four of us ate here in dec we were given a two hour slot the table near the window was a bit cramped but the interior is really pleasant .we had the empanadas for starters that we all enjoyed then the steaks 3 medium 1 medium rare all but the medium rare we’re lovely afraid the rare being tough the sides were nice except the side salad could have been better all in a nice place shame about that one steak. Would go back.

As an Argentinian leaving abroad, I was delighted to experience the service and product quality that this restaurant offers. They variety of traditional courses and wines made me feel at home. The staff was very friendly and efficient and even had a chance to chat with the owner who recommended us a few house specialities. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this experience if you are in Brighton/Hove.

We came here on a week day and it was very busy with great summer atmosphere, we tried the patacones and tapa de secreto ibérico (Iberian pork ) amazing ! Then we went off the house special “Argentine meat Experience “ , best steak I tried in U.K. . Being from argentina have to say I feel like at home . Good service too .

Went to this restaurant as a family after reading your good reviews. Unfortunately we could only give it a 2 out of 5 rating . if the food was good. The price would’ve been okay but as it was it was very overpriced for what we had ceviche starter £12.50, I enquired if it’s authentic, they said they make it themselves when it appeared it was a tiny portion,Tasted just like pickled fish it certainly wasn’t real ceviche. I had a chorizo it was more like an English pork sausage ! We ordered sharing platters for two,3 of them in fact ,was meant to be 600 g of sliced steak I would dispute that ,two of the platters apparently were quite good. My platter was not ,asked for medium to well done. It was very well done on the outside it’s almost tough . I should mention we also had olives at the beginning which were a little bit fizzy . I did make some comments to the waitress who asked if I wanted to see the manager ,I declined because it wasn’t worth bothering. The restaurant was busy but we certainly would not go back there again and for the money spent, you can find much much better elsewhere .

My food was nice, but the service was a bit odd. We called to book weeks ahead but arrived and our table wasn't reserved. My friends ordered the meat experience and they only really enjoyed half of it. Wouldn't really say the experience as a whole is worth the price tag
