We have been coming here for the past few years...twice a year. Amazing meal again...very friendly staff who always have time for you...wine always good and all other drinks spot on. Yesterday our favourites were the tuna ceviche....I could eat that every day and never get bored...the sauce was absolutely fantastic. My husband always enjoys the Albondigas...a tad too much cinnamon 4 me. The tortilla was excellent as well. We have to have Padron Peppers and Patatas Fritas with Manchego...we both could live on these as well. Thank you so much Market...we will be back.

The impression from outside is not the surprise it delivers once you are inside ,the service , absolutely amazing food . We sat on the bar and good interactive session with chef and bartender. Tapas done and served well ,menu had good selection beef was perfectly cooked ,prawns in sauce is amazing great with bread . Overall it’s high quality and impressive

A wonderful experience. We had the midweek fixed dinner menu and the food just kept coming, it was delicious and then out came the Basque cheesecake and we were in heaven. Friendly service and a warm atmosphere, keep up the good work, now our favourite restaurant in Hove.

Came to Market to celebrate our anniversary and it was amaizing! We have been wanting to try it for so long and it didn’t dissapointed! Starters were amazing and very beautiful decorated! We also had the special with fried egg and chorizo and it was delicious! Dessert were a beautiful way of ending dinner! The staff were lovely and the meloncelo has become my new favourite drink! We left super happy and can’t wait to go back!!

Visited Market on Monday evening and it was outstanding. Sadly no pictures were taken as I was too excited but everything I didn’t pause to take a snap.Micheal who seated and served us was wonderful, considering it was jam packed with a large table seated shortly after we arrived, he continued to provide such a high standard of service. He was attentive without being overbearing and explained all dishes well, also engaged in light conversation with us on a couple of occasions and we did not at all feel rushed.The food and drinks were amazing as ever. I had a Palmeria Gardens cocktail and could easily drink 3 or 4 of them! The wine was also great. The porchetta special was my favourite, so tasty and cooked really well. Other dishes worth a mention, the beetroot had a lovely little kick, the goats cheese churos with a not overbearing truffle honey was also delicious. Big fan of the meatballs too! Suffice to say there was not a bad dish, those ones just topped it for me.Thanks Market team, we will be back soon! ?

The staff really do bend over backwards for you, the food was wonderful as the chef gave us extra pardon peppers because he wanted too. Staff have great banter and it was a great experience, tastiest chorizo we have ever had, one to remember and will make a tradition to always go on special occasions #jackharlowchef

The bar is amazing, i honestly can’t fault it. 100/100. Michel(general manager) is a natural, the other staff are all fantastic, my drinks where all beautiful, and the desert was fantastic.Never thought that I would say the highlight dish would be some beetroot ??? WOW WOW WOW WOW. Restaurants can be incredible, and this is one of them.

The team were friendly and professional, made for a great environment for my friends birthday! ?Atop that, the food was truly delicious, a lovely range of flavour profiles and different things to try, I'd 100% recommend. It's on the slightly pricier end, between the 3 of us having 6 dishes we spent around £90, but it was well worthwhile.

A really fun night, I first thought when we got there that sitting on the corner by the door would not be a good place but I was wrong! The food was amazing and authentic. The staff were friendly and clearly had a a passion for their work and the food they were serving. I loved the stone baked sea bass, rosemary potatoes and chorizo dish the best.
