This place needs an overhaul from the top down, called here numerous times, nobody ever answers, then walk past 5 mins later and there's a bunch of clueless individuals stood around doing nothing/ couldn't care less...absolute joke! These people simply do not care AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Love these guys. This is my local Pizza Hut place. They know that I'm a regular patron, so they really do deliver... in all sense of the word.The food is always piping hot and really good.I'm also on the "pizza slices" loyalty scheme. Love that, as it's nice to receive free pizzas once in a while.All in all, highly recommended.

Placed order via their app, selected to have their NEW vegan cheese. Not 5 minutes after placing my order I had a phone call from their branch in Hove telling me they were out of vegan cheese and they could make my order without cheese!!? Not offering me anything else in place of it, so paying full price still but missing this key ingredient out…. Then I was told that the app would still allow the order and PAYMENT to go through even if they didn’t have the items for sale! I was then offered a refund if I wanted to chase customer services in my own time! I asked after a manager and was told he wasn’t there and to search for the branches number as the employee didn’t had a clue what his stores own number was! I then questioned who the mobile number belonged to he was calling me from? It was his own personal mobile phone that he now has my phone number on…. GDPR!!! I suggest if someone from Pizza Hut customer service or head office sees this they contact me ASAP Order number #6662654574

found a sharp inch long triangle bit of plastic when biting in to a pizza Friday night. called up got offered a new pizza to replace it but the rest of the pizza was fine. I don't think they beloved me or thout that I was just after free food or something. lucky no one was hurt this time. I hope they had a look to find out where it came from and how it end in the pizza.

Worst experience ever?. More then 2 hours waiting for delivery, 3 phone calls to the shop and still they couldn't tell me when my food will be delivered. I have to cancel the order because my family went to bed it was nearly 10 pm. I really don't know how this shop working at all, no available delivery drivers ? come on that's ridiculous. We will never ever order from there.

The employees here obviously find it hard to read, based on the fact orders are practically always messed up.Even the simplest of things like putting garlic on the pizza, which requires little to no effort, somehow is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS missed.Makes you wonder how they manage to make the food without fainting from exhaustion of the effort exerted...
The pizza was tasty and the service was quick and friendly.

If you’re into eating cold, bland cardboard this is the place for you. The soggy chicken dippers really complemented the extremely dry and bland pizza and made it possible to swallow, which in itself was traumatising on the taste buds. The 1 hr and 20 minutes I waited on reflection was a happy time, it was all downhill once the pizza arrived.

Congratulations Pizza Hut Hove for the worst take away experience I've ever had!! Firstly although it was easy to order through the app., which is the only positive, the food arrived late and all of the food was cold. What turned up was not what we ordered and on calling the shop was told that, although wedges were on the menu, Pizza hut don't do them any more. These were substituted for extra chicken strips and cheesy garlic bread, which was fine, but it would have been nice to have been contacted about it before substitution.I called the shop and the guy who answered was very abrupt when I was asking about the food being wrong and hung up before I felt we had come to a conclusion, saying "thanks, bye" and putting the phone down while I was in mid sentence.The pizza ordered was pretty bland, greasy and tasteless and a little over done, the mac and cheese was undercooked one end and burnt the other and the chicken strips were only just cooked and were soggy and anaemic.I have had an issue with this branch about 5 years ago, which was resolved and put right by the next visit, but I wouldn't go back to this branch if you paid me. I'd rather go to Domino'sAltogether an unforgettable pizza experience for all the wrong reasons.
