Don’t bother left sitting waiting for a take away while food went cold on counter, should have been 15 minutes but finally got food after half an hour

My first Eat Out To Help Out!They took AMEX - Think Big Shop Small (Spend £10 get £5 Back)Looking for a nice restaurant locally we found this small chain in Hove.So we hobbled over after being advised we didn't need to pre-book. Signed in (Track & Trace). We saw all staff wearing face masks. We were shown to our table.Nice outdoor seating (inside was available), nice sunny warm day. It was quite a busy evening normally not so but with the government Eat Out Scheme plenty of people were taking advantage of it!Jack our friendly helpful waiter wearing a face shield, was polite and chatty and made us feel welcome and was very helpful throughout. Also attentive! We placed our orders from the primarily Pizza Based Menu. However there were other items on the menu to choose from.So we ordered Garlic Bread to share & Arancino Seafood Rice Balls x2.Never had one of these before ; not a mega fan of rice however was sumptuous, well cooked & very tasty. We waited sometime for the mains; however we were not in a rush and its nice to chill. They were very busy due to the scheme. For mains - I had seafood Pizza with Anchovies & Artichokes as extras; not many places seem to do this!Really tasty dough; thin base and tasty pizza with the extras it really gave it a kick!Couldn't eat it all so I had a doggy box.And my Mum went for the Rusticotto Ham & Mushrooms & Pineapple (no Tomato). She ate most an again found the dough was luverly and not too heavy as is always my concern with pizza! For desert I had to go for the Cannoli Siciliani Pistasshio, with an ice cream scoop; as was in a display cabinet and had choose me written all over it. I would of had 2 but need to watch my weight! It was so moreish! My Mum enjoyed her Pastiera di Grano.I finished of with a loverly large coffee (great value) and herbal tea for my Mum.We went premium for food but using 2 promotions made the meal out very reasonable. Normally I wouldn't have a desert. Otherwise I guess average reasonable prices. You could eat cheaply here or you can go premium.Otherwise our meals would of cost around £20 each with promos it kinda worked out around £5 each. This place has a good format, nice settings, friendly staff, good food!A nice small local micro chain that you have to check out!

We had very big, tasty meal with the family in the nice garden out back. Our lovely server Bruna created a relaxing atmosphere, and made some good recommendations. We had a great time.

Our new favourite Italian pizza place in Hove. My partner is Italian and picky over the quality of pizza in town, with only 3 approved places. This made it to #4 and it's also our closest.

Went in for a take away order - firstly their “crazy pizza deal” which says ‘ALL’ pizzas at a special price is incorrect - the pizzas i wanted were not included. Placed order and said i would sit down and wait. ( no one else was there at time ) Was told 15. Minutes, at 30 minutes the waitress came to the table with the wrong pizza and then said she did not know i was waiting , and apparently my pizzas had been ready a while. Why would you let someone sit for so long without checking on them ? Also had the stuffed olives - which at £4.50 for 5 olives was quite expensive and they were not that great. Usually i have no issues with this restaurant and enjoy the experience when dining in

Really fabulous pizza restaurant – with proper pizza oven – on Portland Road. The pizzas are DELICIOUS and the service is friendly, prompt and personable. Shout-out to Deven and Bruna, our lovely servers on Thursday night. The restaurant decor is eclectic rustic and there is a little garden with tables and chairs out the back. This is a chain but I've been to several branches (Lewes, Fiveways) and the pizzas are always excellent and the service is always great. Good value too.

Delicious range of veggie/ vegan and meat dishes. I had the calzone via which was amazing! Bruima served us who was a very lovely person, giving us time and space to enjoy our meal in our own time. We also shared the baba and some limoncellos which were fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Fabulous pizza! Never disappointed!! Dorian looked after us, professional and polite we had a chat about good Italian beers. We had had fried street food as antipasto and pizze well cooked. I really recommend Rusticò, very happy to go very soon with my friends. Thank you for all!! Laura B.
Fantastic food, amazing server; Bruima was kind and attentive but also gave us space to chat and decide. We had limoncello and the baba dessert which was delicious!

Superb menu with great, traditional pizzas. The service was attentive, and the surroundings were relaxed. Lovely wine too! We'll come again no doubt.

such a special occasion today. my friend and I’s birthday was yesterday and there was only one place to go. Rustico! as i set foot in the building warmth and insulation arose beneath my feet. the waiters are fantastic: funny, helpful and exactly what you’d expect from a top top restaurant. food was top tier as a fellow italian i was starstruck with the flavours melting.
