The electric charging stations at this Shell station have not been operational in months. It's one of the few in the area and Shell haven't yet done anything to fix this. Please do!It's odd to state on your website "Shell aims to become a global leader in electric vehicle charging, meeting customer needs at home, at work or on the road." When no maintenance for public electric chargers in the area has been prioritised. Brighton and Hove is a key tourist town in the summer, many people want to use this service Shell.

Forget the car wash. It is rarely working and they should just shut it down. Wish other Petrol Stations had car washes. This Shell one does not care.

car wash damaged my car's aerial, went to the cashier who said sorry but there is nothing he can do, he then ran back out to my car being rude saying it's not their fault etc. Spoke to the HQ and they are not taking any liability whatsoever.Edit: Stop with your cooperative responses and act as if you wish to resolve the problems, I have been back and forth contacting shell hq for over 6 months, you guys stand strong and accepted no liability whatsoever.

Car wash is rubbish. Multiple areas missed, biggest being half the rear door and bumper ? Also the air machine was incorrect by a couple of PSI, as verified by in car pressure check, but the attendant couldn't do anything because the they don't own the machine ??♀️Went to another garage and their machine worked fine.

The super charger was not working. Telephone support couldn't set it right remotely. Looking through Zap app, the charger appears to be out of order for more than a day and effort appears to haven't been made to rectify it. When there is a single charger on a site, all efforts should be made to keep it working, as there is no alternative. All nearby charges in Brighton town are dedicated to taxis! And most of them were not being used either..

I agree with a previous review that this Shell garage appears to be closed quite a lot. I went to fill up just recently and it’s closed and having more work done, can you please let us know why?

Worst Customer Service that you will recieve from a petrol station in Brighton. Staff has attitude, toilets are closed even before they close, you stop and spent lots money, will never use them anymore
