It's rather annoying you need to ask permission to use the toilet and like most coffee places now it's taken over as an office so was impossibleto find a seat with my family. But the coffee is great and service was fast.

The staff, particularly an individual named David (although I believe he might have provided an incorrect name), exhibited rudeness and disrespect. The overall customer service was lacking, characterized by a lack of professionalism and discourtesy. The coffee doesnt look like a large one….??

Terrible staff etiquette. Manager (short woman) is also as equally unprofessional as her staff. They love to gossip about customers. I would not be surprised if they spit in the drinks.

I ordered Clotted Cream Fudge Cold Brew to go. It’s says in the description with toppings but there’s no toppings at all. It tastes like Iced Latte with whipped cream on it. Can’t taste the clotted cream though. Baristas were not welcoming nor friendly.

Came to Starbucks with family 2 grandchildren found staff unfriendly and impatient. I approached counter but later on but the 4 male staff were engaged in their own conversation to serve me .. won’t be going back

The customer service was absolutely horrendous. Hamish was very rude and incorrect order was given.
I ordered 2 takeaway cappuccinos. By mistake I gave them a cup, when I said it was a takeaway he tried to put them in a takeaway cup. With the outside of the cup dirty, the drink became cold

Centre location, good for a chat or sitting in and work a bit. They should keep the place/tables a bit more clean but in general all good. However, bit more expensive than other cafés around.
